i have a bluetooth receiver which worked perfectly, i switched to bluetooth under the audio playback options and everything was fine

since refreshing my system however, the bluetooth option is not available under playback devices

ive tried reinstalling the drivers, broadcom ones too, but no luck!!

is it something ive not installed properly after doing my refresh?

my device is found, i just cant tell my laptop to use the bluetooth playback option?

    thank you

however the links there appear to be broken?

i download the broadcom software, but when trying to install, it says "this program can not upgrade your software"?

Thanks for the feedback, I'll check on the links later. Did you uninstall completely the BroadCom software from the program list and device manager?

    sure did kind sir

see, this is what i mean...why cant there be a page we can go to where we input our service tag, then the dell site scans our existing system, providing us with links to updates for whatever hardware our own machines contain?
