    can someone tell me why whenever i change this bios setting it resets back to original

    In the bios for my 15r4, under advance / performance i have two options

    CPU PERFORMANCE MODE its set to disabled so i changed it to enabled

    FAN PERFORMANCE MODE the fan mode has several choices but i just chose performance

    i saved and booted up and its always back to normal once i check on it again. Can anyone explain it for me please? am i using a crappy bios like all us older alienware 18 owners dealt with for year on end. i even had custom firmware for my video cards back then. any help would be appreciated. thanks.
