    Hi everyone, im looking to upgrade my m15x with the i7 920xm and the GTX680 and my question is do i need to upgrade my 150w psu?

    Yes. 210w or 240w gives more overclocking headroom. You will experience GPU throttling unless you remove the centre pin from the PSU jack (small circular thing you plug into laptop) so keep the 150w psu for charging the battery. Removing the centre pin stops the PSU from charging the battery but unlocks full potential of M15x.

    Yes you should be able to run them at stock but you know you need to flash a custom vbios to get full 3d clocks on the 680m right? You'll also need to either find a nodded driver or mod the inf file yourself.
