Totally worth it imo, 5850m rocks (overclocks like a beast!!), and you got the FHD display, everything you need. Have fun with your new system!!

Yup thats a pretty nice price, i paid about 1100 eur, for mine (new), the only diff is mine had the i7 740, 6 gigs of ram, and 320 harddrive. Ur plus is the bluray over my dvd rom. But thats a good deal u got the only thing that would make that better would be if u still had warranty on it...

Good spec and of course the 5850 is a great card for anything really. You go a good price too.

If you overclock the card a bit it will handle most games on 1080p at almost max settings (when you lower AA a bit you should be fine, AA isn't that important anyway since the pixel density of the screen is amazing)

Does overclocking heat the machine up more? I have no warranty on It and don't want to risk it?

it's at your own risk, but a normal overclock won't hurt your hardware that bad

Hey m11xgod, sorry to hijack your thread but I've got a question for you.

Going by your name, I'm assuming you have or have had an m11x? If so, how do the sizes of the two compare? Would you be able to take some photos? Thanks ;)

As far as i know.. the overall size on m11x is 12 inches ( not the screen )

Here i found a few comparison photos on google for ya...

One thing i hate with m15x is, they don't have that wing effect like its on m11x :( that was pretty cool, imo.

Wow, the M15x is a monster, thanks heaps for the pictures deceptron.
I've never had the chance to see one in the wild but it looks huge in comparison to the M11x.

That second picture looks like it was taken in Alienware heaven...

maxilick, I've tried googling king honor and the engine came back with irrelevant stuff(minus that ebay link). Also the seller warns that he'll fold the skins to make them fit in the envelope(says the creases will disappear once skin's applied, but still...). Could you give some feedback, once you've received the skin, please? Seriously considering )))

Will let you know as soon as soon as its on. Have had skins that arrived folded in the past and the crease did not show. Did check all sellers received feedback and noticed there were no complaints about creases in the skin when applied.

Yep that pic inspired me too I just ordered the black leather one lol. It's just a sticker use a hair dryer on it while your applying it and it should get the wrinkle out, I just hope he creases it on the crease where the alien head is. forgot to mention i got it for $20 with the OBO

It really depends on your usage. But most of the time it shouldn't peel off. i recommend changing your skin every 6 months or year :)

I haven't got it yet, inap is doing the powder coat for me but I should have it soon. I had a comment from an Iowa Hawkeye fan as well as the usual Bumble Bee remarks etc about it.

Not at all complicated if you don't mind taking the notebook completely apart and then re-assembling it in the new chassis.

You mean the picture is tearing? Enable vertical synchronization (vsync) in the video settings or in the config file.

Crysis 2 suffers from stuttering when you turn if your video card doesn't cut it. What patch are you using?
