    Hi guys.

Im the proud owner of a Alienware m15x. I play alot of counter-strike but i experience lagg issues. The thing bothering me is that you can practicaly run CS on a any computer, but on a state of the art Alienware laptop with a I7 CPU it runs like crap. :S

The Lagg i experience feels alot like the lagg you get from having wrong rates, and it is practically impossible to play with.

Plus i lagg when looking into 1 single smoke grenade?!

Vertical sync is turned off, turbo mode is ON, so nothing seems to be wrong.

Has anyone else been having theese problems?

    my stats: i7-720 - GTX 260M - 4 GB RAM DDR3-1333 - 250 GB HDD

    You forgot to include something.

    It should be:

Vertical sync is turned off, turbo mode is ON, stealth mode is ON so nothing seems to be wrong.

So something is wrong. Its your stealth mode.

Just make sure the stealth mode led is off.

I dont think theres a default off when Turbomode is on...

The thing is that there is no Stealth LED or indicator. So you cant really check it without monitoring the speeds of the CPU.

What i ment in my post when i wrote Turbo mode is on, was that stealth mode is disabled. Unless it can turn itself on without my consent.
