    Hi all :)

Today, after a trip to some friends with my trusted m15x, the internal screen remains black when it boots. Connecting an external through vga shows everything else is working fine.

Now... I've tried the usual tricks like pulling battery, holding power button to drain, removing cmos battery too while doing it, but screen remains black. I have opened the case to reseat the screen connectors too.

Could anyone point in a direction of what to do next?

    Kindly, Jesper

is it possible that vga/external connection is set to primary screen? i use it when i want to only see tv, and keep laptop screen blank.
