So sold my m15x to friend and he sold the gtx 560m in hopes if getting a 6970/90 or 7970m put in. but I put back the 260m in the meantime things came up so can't upgrade right now he only plays wow but he can only play wow on low setting and during raids at 900p he gets 25 or so fps. does this sound about right?
Specs are I7 720 6gigs 320gb 1080p now I was able to play swotor really well on max with some OC.
Will a gpu/CPU repaste help?...( don't think he did good job on gpu lol)
Also not the most current bios so Will updating also help?
Also at start up it doesn't always start up sometimes just the lights come on and a hard restart is required.

I sold him the system expecting it to run it fluently on medium settings

    Thank you in advance Guys

To be honest that sounds about right, the 260m is a weak card. I dont know if the m15x is compatible with the 6970/90 or 7970m cards. I had the 5850 on my system and OCed to 5870 specs via bios that card played decently. If you can somehow get the gtx 680m in the system, then it'll be beast.

Make sure you have the latest drivers for the 260m and also make sure the GPU isnt throttled down via that button (forgot what it's called)

I'm glad it is working better now, at least it was just the stealth mode. :)
