    I just bought an m15x im using the mouse its insanely stuttery laggyish on the screen its as if im using a screen recorder doesnt move smoothly at all. What may the problem be here. I mean it moves quickly but its almost like it skips 10 many frames when it moves on the screen.

    Make sure you have the A09 BIOS. That one fixes this issue.

    Only if you are getting this issue with the touchpad.

    Well I uninstalled the synapsis driver it fixed the issue. When I reinstall synapsis it messes it up again. I am running BIOS A06 do I have to do any strange flashing or something to get bios A09? thanks. I am completely unaware of the bios thing.

    hey Ikarah

    First of all check out the version of your Current Bios, for that go to start menu and type "DXDIAG" and enter. If a command is prompted say YES, then in the upcoming window you'll be able to read the system information, including the Bios version.

    Now after finding out the version of your bios, if you have A01, then you must Flash A02 before flashing A09,but i guess the chances are remote for that since your laptop is kinda new.

    Now U should go to this link Drivers and Downloads

    and download this file. I hope that u'll be having a Iso Image burning tool like Nero, so just Burn a Dvd or Cd and boot from it, in case EC flash doesnt respond upon entering "Y" then press "Windows Icon" and write "DFLASH EC_W670.118" without quotes , press Enter and then write Y and Enter, Now it'll flash

    Make Sure that your Battery is fully charged in case you AC Power goes out.

    Hope this helps you out. Dont Hesitate to ask anything else :)

    I have bios A06 I checked. Do I still need to flash and a DVD? I upgrade the m17x r3 bios before by just double clicking on a setup and it did everything from there alone. Is the m15x different?

    Edit: Also what should I write on the cd or dvd and why cant I just run the setup that worked on the m17x r3..?

    @Ikarah

    Actually the Bios file needs to be booted in M15x, so you need to download the .iso file from the link i have given above and burn it to a blank dvd/cd. It could be R/RW. Just restart your Computer and press F12, select to boot from cd (I can only select after i have pressed "windows" key on my keyboard for once. then from there on follow the instructions i have given above. Make sure your battery is charged and that cd is written perfectly (Check validate data option in nero before burning)

    yes , first of all Install "Nero", then go to the above link & Click on "Download" and then Click on "Download via Internet Browser". After that double click on the downloaded file and a Nero CD burning window will open.. U r good to go from there!
