    m15x no backlight

    I got big problem with my m15x and im kinda out of ideas now. On screen there are images when i light with sth on it but no backlight at all. I checked my graphics and both on 240m and on 6970m the same. I also checked another led screen and it also had no backlight. Today i flashed my bios with hope mby it would help but its still the same. Everything else in computer is working properly. Any one have idea what could it be? Of course i tried to correct brightness in windows. Atm my alienware is in parts so i could easily check everything.
    1 thing that could be important, my motherboard earlier had full hd screen and now i have connected hd+ screen. Could it be the problem??

    Solution: if someone have that kind of problem. In my case turned out that 1 part on motherboard responsible for screen lighting was valid. In service they replaced it on new one and now screen backlight works great.
