I currently have a 5850. Unfortunately, it is starting to lose its overclocking headroom and crashes far more often than it used to. I am worried that it is on its way out. Does anyone know what card Dell is offering as replacement to the 5850 for the m15x? I will not accept nvidia as I have had too many problems with them in the past. Thanks in advance for any knowledge.

They'll have plenty of 5850s left. Had mine replaced last month.

When you get the new card, make sure to fully test stability with OCCT. More often than not, cards die because they're actually stable at the clocks they're set to. Over time that can do damage.
