Well the tech guy came today or should I say tech boy cause he looked like he was 15 years old. He installed a new mobo, graphics card with heatsink, and a new cpu heatsink. It's still running so we'll see. Oh, when he was done there was 1 screw left over :D

Well in my case once the tech broke the cable for the power button (the one underneath the touch panel). I had to wait for 3 days to get a new touch panel with a new cable :(

Twice I have had a tech get the heatsink screws stuck. Once a tech left scratches all over my XPS 1530, each time dell replaced the parts.

Sometimes you get lucky and get an awsome tech, sometimes you get a lousy tech. Either way, I always watch them to make sure there are no missing screws or scratches.
