    i may get this what can i upgrade on it??? like gpu or cpu ]

    Everything really, right know its at about as low speced as it gets. You can upgrade the screen, ram, storage, cpu, wireless card, gpu, add more storage by removing the disc drive

    whats a good cpu for gameing?? laptops are new to me but i have done Desktops builds be for. :D

    The same principles apply for the mobile CPU from Intel, as does with the desktop ones.

    The choice isn't as much about the operating frequency (higher = better), but more between i5 and i7. For some games the i5 is better, for some the i7 is... Crappy answer, but there you have it.

    I'd go with something like the i7-840QM processor.

    It's not a crappy answer, I believe you're perfectly right when taking into consideration games/programs that can or can not make use of more than one core ;)

    everything can be upgraded but i recommend only upgrading ram or sound card
