I disagree completely. I own a Jaguar XF Supercharged and it is the best car I have ever owned. It was designed and built under FOrd's reign before they sold it to Tata.

Really? I also own a Jaguar XF, but not superchaged. It is horrible, slow, (even without supercharging it should be able to hit 90), and overheated in the first week of getting it new.

 

Before Ford, your Jaguar would be in the shop more than it would be on the road.

Dude.. It's not on the road. It's in a junk yard, sold if after 2 months. I couldn't take a two day trip without some problem coming up with the piece of junk.

 

That's why you should take a mechanic's exam before owning a Jaguar...they're the perfect car for someone who enjoys working on one. Give me an XK 140 and a set of whitworth wrenches...

 

i think any one who cant install a modified driver shouldn't be able to purchase a gaming computrer.

i got an email and it gives you a code for a pretty stupid restricted section of the site and you can get a bunch of goodies like wallpapers and screensavers lol

 

you should have stated that then...you make it seem as though you are jealous. as if just because someone does not know something that they are and/or should never own anything.

i could say the same about electronics in general...

I'm very happy with the performance of my M17, besides, I've seen M17's with dual 3870's with an asking price of $900 like this one that hasn't sold yet.

Sometimes smaller boats in rivers. Most of the time I work in th "war" zone, but not always.

most electric motors works on the principle of a rotating electrical field ...

my question is ... how would you redesign a motor such the the rotating sine field cancels itself out ???

I assume you're talking about an AC Synchronous motor.

I don't work too much with motor design, but rather trouble shoot and repair/replace shipboard equipment.

Some of the smaller ships I work on convert the AC power through the SCR's to produce clean power for the 4000 HP DC motors which then powers a pair for Lips thrusters.
