Ok, so where do you get these vouchers from?
My company has a EPP account with Dell. Does the vouchers go to the employer that has the account or what?

ok people i created a thread about this i will link it
-
It will likely be several products not just desktops and laptops. Alienware branded software and peripherals were also talked about in the press release announcing Dell's takeover of production for AW.

Quicksilver is definitely a notebook, perhaps the one revealed in the released Wallpaper....however after watching the All Powerful video I'm convinced what is being show there is in fact a desktop. -
have you seen the wallpaper?
-
-
omg i created it way before
just look in the source code of all powerful
it says this new seris of desktops and laptops

lol look when the thread was created
-
why would it be a desktop now ?
they alread off 4 desktops one with core i7 @ 4ghz and 295 gtx's 4870x2 every thing out they have, so what would be the point in a new desktop? It would make no marketing sense to release one now
its a laptop they readhusted the laptop section to fit 3 laptops ...face it its a laptop -
Could have the new 975 XE in it. Not a huge upgrade from the 965, but preliminary benchmarks have been solid.

Ohhhh.. We just got a new Wallpaper of the this allpowerful. Figured you might like to see it too
Where is a leaky sink Icon when You need one...? -
-
So what are they going to make us run these wallpapers through photoshop each time?
-
I love it! Makes it more Fun.
-
Now does someone wanna go through translating the text on the left hand side? ^^
-
10char -
Is it Photoshoped, or the real deal?
-
The brightness is just turned up. I did the same thing with the original picture.
-
The translation is:
The sum of the first four primes
denotes a state of two parts
known as the gentleman's muscle car of 1967
when pure, it will carry a yield strength of 7-11 mpa
is always empty in zero sum games -
Edit: too slow

-
-
The best I could come up with for the zero sum game line is that it may be a reference to "Core."
-
Zero sum game=A game (or a similar economic system) in which the winnings of some players must equal the losses of others.
Could be our gain (people who buy this laptop) is their loss (people who don't. -
Think Mad Libs.
__a person, place, thing, or idea__ is always empty in zero sum games. -
this is basically saying its a 17" with dual 280 or 260m gtx's and its saying u will have more cores( quad i7 ) but lose out on mhz lol
-
So maybe its a similar laptop to current MBP, but with awesome high-end switchable GPU like M15x and M17x?
-
I'm glad i'm getting an M17, because you would sound like a when people ask you what model the laptop is, and you go "all powerful". They would be like, what is he on?
-
-
There's no way they would call this All Powerful if it only had one gtx and was dual core, it be pretty mediocre.
-
I hope the reason why there's no references to ATI cards is because they couldn't think of anything that rhymes with 4870.
-
-
see this where:
"zero-sum games where the core is always empty" -
Wouldn't the sum of the first four primes be 16?
-
-
Where did this wallpaper come from? I feel like I missed a few posts.

In '67 Plymouth released the GTX, advertising it as a gentleman's muscle car so there's no doubt which car AW is referring to.....although they could have changed the date and connected the reference instead to the Monte Carlo SS (which is also considered a gentelman's muscle car) and gave the clue to which CPUs are being used. -
i habe a feeling it will have an ati 4870x2 card in it with crossfire or without but i cant imagine a laptop with 2 4870x2 cards.
-
there is no such thing as a mobile dual gpu on a single pcb 4870x2 card and will never be, 4870x2 is two 4870's
-
There's a mobile 4800x2 reference card but we don't know who it was designed for or if it was a 4850 or 4870. Would come down to whether it used GDDR5 or not really.

thank you phinagie thats the card i was talking about. so annoying when people don't research before answering.
-
It's more likely going to use Nvidia cards.
Gentelma's car=GTX=Nvidia -
(need 10 character) -
its not i7
if it was i7 it woudl only have one GPU!!!!!
please every one go look at the sager 9820 and see the heatsink that thing needs its huge -
In dell website in italien, they did show it with i7 core which they remove it. I also posted here a screen shot of it saying is i7 ..
