I should say one more thing here. Another bit of info.
There IS indeed a Steve Lopez at AW. I was dealing with the Roswell department and was asking questions in Jan after sending back the 3rd 9750. I was asking about details of the m17x.
A "Steve Lopez" emailed me to answer some of my questions I posed to Roswell. He emailed me a month after my dealings with the "Steve Lopez" from this forum and NEVER said anything about his contact w me from December.
(and AW knows who I am on here).
I just noticed the email he gave me in the PM on here in Dec, is the same email from the guy that Roswell had contact me in Jan about the m17x.
SO, this guy is perhaps legit. So my apologies for the doubt, but all of this STILL means he isnt very good at following up on dealings HE starts or even remembering them. He cant even refer back to them with any accuracy. -
the m17 will have to be amazing for me to consider giving them my money after this.

This Steve doesn't say a lot.

Maybe he's wasn't authorised to post something like this on behalf of his company and he is now in trouble...
He's title doesn't seem like someone who could represent AW unless he has been specifically ordered by their management to do this.
Anyway, why don't companies like AW have someone who gets in touch with the enthusiasts communities like this to deal with some issues? I just can't see any harm in this. If AW claims to be a company for enthusiasts and claims to listen to the community why couldn't they have someone out to represent them and show that they do actually care? Maybe they just don't want to dig a hole they can't get out of... like this thread haha -

This thread has obviously been blown way out of proportion, to be honest I'm disappointed in what has been said thus far. Closing the thread.
@ Steve - like I said, if you need anything feel free to PM me. I'm more than willing to work something out so you can deliver a forum message without being treated like this.
