    CPUz shows 2.53, so maybe a fluke that one time? it tests around 12200 pretty consistantly now though. Im working on finding my Vista key, alienware doesnt give one. So im going to more than likely have to purchase one.

    Ok.. Crysis.

    Scalling issue is fixed. Theres a minor bug when you enter the game with a different resolution than the native one. You need to click at the place you would click on a 1920x1200 in order to actually click the button. This DOES NOT happen with CoD4, so i guess its just Crysis been picky :p

    Another thing i noticed.. Although my fps are around 30 on high settings theres a strange laggy feeling. For eg if im moving forward and pressing the right button click, it doesnt always work and similar things like that.

    That was on Crysis V1.2.1. Nextttt :p

    Left 4 Dead, a few random crashes but by Googling i see that A LOT of people have that so i guess its a game issue and not drivers.

    1680x1050 resolution EVERYTHING at max, around 100fps with a zillion zombies running after me :D

    Max temps are 83-85c with a notebook cooler (errm ? :p)

    Btw out of curiosity, forcing Vsync on affects the temps ? (since the card doesnt need to run at 100+ fps on games etc ?) Or is the card stupid enough to still use the same performance and just cap the fps ? :p (no temp difference).

    I'm up to 12572 in 3DMark06. Same settings as before, which gave 11942. ~500 more!

    Left4Dead at 1920x1200 has a higher average framerate than what i was pulling at 1680x1050 on the previous drivers.

    Got like 200 points by disabling/modifying servers. I hate Vista :(

    Looking for the cds :p Btw after running the game for about 1-2 hours ive noticed that if u run L4D using only 1 core of the cpu doesnt crash (at least so far), that option can be found in the options of the game.

    i installed everything.
    it works fine with UT3.

    but ever since i modded it Crysis Warhead has a box, it wont take up the full screen..
    i can still see the windows toolbar when i play it

    Ok, the OP is now FINAL - All drivers and downloads are final version. Both 64bit and 32bit full install are now available. Both .inf downloads are also final. Still look forward to additional feedback. :)

    Oh.. and here's a FC2 run w/ my modded drivers.. 1920.1200 resolution, all settings Ultra, no AA

    I uninstalled the original CCC driver, went to safe mode, driver cleaner to clean the ATI, reboot, unzip your driver to C:/ATI, go to driver/setup.exe. Error during setup, click ok and continue....


    update: after it finishes it's says failure.

    Error messages
    Application Install: install package failure!

    update 2: it asks me to reboot even it's a fail install. I click OK, and Vista is stucked at "Shut Down" screen for 5 minutes with constant hard drive activity.

    so far ive raced a single cab tacoma (newer model 4.0 v6)
    tundra (older model with the 4.7 v8)
    F150 (newer model 5.4 v8)

    Nah theres a file (a .txt one i think something like that) with a lot of info in it. Somewhere in there u can find a 3dmark score too.

    Your on a 64bit system ? if i recall correct the inf files had the last number different. So either ur on a 64bit vista or you installed the wrong ones :D

    both of yours are fine. fusion, check Device Manager.. and go to display adapters..open it and double click one. See who the Provider and manufacturer is. Lemme know if it's me. :)

    Oh, and you can now just go thru device manager, and force install the driver using "have disk" and then browse to find the .inf that is in the extracted location.. should work no problems. But, seems like you got it working anyhow.

    yes..there's a trial you can download that works fine. Otherwise, you gotta pay to unlock all features. You may find a registration key somewhere.. I did have several. I don't know what happened to em.

    then you're solid ma'an.. just toy with some sliders and such and see what you come up with. I never claimed it helped out the 3dmark score.. Mine's the exact same as it was previously. however, bet you can do 1680x1050 now fullscreen :p

    This thing hasnt let me give out many reps lately. It just said ive given out too many in 24 hours. Remind me in 4 hours!

    Please guys, could someone please post M17 Fallout 3 result (1920x1080, ultra) with ANY driver.

    So far I have found only Jellybean quote that it's not running well :(.

    I can't decide between getting XPS M1730 and M17. Here in UK there are same price.

    As for now it seems that Dell is better option.

    jellybean had issues with life.. hence he is banned from NBR life. Wish I could tell you bout the AW thing..lemme run some Fallout 3 and post a screen shot or 2..
