Global Alienware - Where did they land?

No problem, I saw it and pointed it out for typical reasons. To be honest I got confused to what country it was referring to.

I'm sure there are many more owners here in Malaysia, the Dell rep i spoke to was based in Dell factory in Penang and was quite well versed with AW orders. Not to mention Dell is marketing AW vigorously at all PC Fairs/Conventions.

It would be nice to have a local AW owners 'mamak' session, but with the local demography, i'm worried most owners would be rich kids. Unfortunately i'm not one.. Hehehe..

I can just imagine the fight for a power outlet if such a session is held

 

That's got to be hard, but you can always show them that you also have AW and so you don't have to be rich to have it!

There is a lot of alienware out there I wish they would just say what it's the new thing of AW facebook page and well if AW has so much clients well it'd be good to have a convention only of AW.

I'm surprised that there's only one alienware in China, I'm saying this because I was reading the newspaper today and the Rolls Royce Company selled out the Phantom Cars only with costumers from China,

 

The problem of this review is that a lot of people leaving in non-english speaking countries like France, Germany, Italy, most of Europe etc will not go on this site.

The stats are really not good...

 

Joebarchuck I desagree, I'm from Portugal and I speak very good english and believe me Portugal doesn't has a good english language teaching

 

That is not what I meant. I meant that most people from Europe do not visit this website. I can think of at least 6 or 7 websites that people from Europe use more than notebookreview therefore the stats are not correct...

 

Well let us spread the good word of Alienware to other websites, let they would don't know to follow the right way by our means (to cleric?)

Hi guys, Cmagamez is with some trouble with DELL, his alienware it's not arriving to him and DELL as usual it's stawlling with the answer what'd he do?

The answers you guys give are going to help Cmagamez and several people, like me too that I'm sure that the alienware won't comme in the marked day

 

Thanks dude . . .Dell sent the package since June 26 from Nashville to Florida (Miami), then, UPS was supposed to send this the June 29 to Bogota, Colombia, it supposed to arrive the same day; anyway, i went checking all the days UPS tracking number and they offer to me the ETA for 7 - 9 of July, that never happen, they went changing the date evrry day one day ahead, i call dell to ask what was happening and they never gave em a directly answer . . .. I notice that on the tracking page it seems like the package just arrive to colombia at july 10, which is totally insane, cause this was supposed to be in here at june 29, also, i was able to see at July 2 than the package was on Bogota, but this appear as "Holding" . . i though customs have it . . but, when i call Dell to explain that they said than the package just arrive at July 10, why are they playing on this way ? . . . i ask to know the tracking number from the local carrier, which is supposed to delivery my machine, cause UPS don't deliver packages on Colombia, on my town there are 3 companies that could deliver this but which of them can do it ? . . .Dell guys said to me than they CANT give me the info about which company have my package because they have an agreement of confidentiality, because there are some cases where some machines has being missing and some people is taking the place of the original owner, so, they just gave me an estimated ETA, they said the carrier is ready to deliver this to me between july 14 - 17, surprise !!!, they didnt yet, also i didn't got any call from any carrier to say the ETA . . . . i really dont know what to do, has being pass 30 days since i bought the machine, and, this is on "unknow" status since 15 days !!!, they dont wanna give me the track number also they dont wanna say which company have my machine and that is driving me crazy waiting all the days . .

any chance you can get a refund from them? maybe it got lost in transit?

 

I'm starting to think I'm actually the only one in my country who owns an alienware... I haven't seen a single one here, not even for sale on stores...

 

the waiting part is really bad, but don't worry because if it was lost/stolen in the way, or in customs, it will go into production again and they will send a new one.

A friend of mine got her Inspiron stolen in customs, and Dell sent a new one. She had to wait another 20 days, though

 

Don't worry I created this thread to people from all over the world to not feel alone, maybe a new owner of an alienware in Argentina sees this thread and vote in , I'm kind of alone too, although there is more alienware owners in Portugal I don't really see alienwares in any place

 

US here, NY's historic Hudson Valley. M11x should be arriving in a few days and buying an M17X from a seller on here.

I'm kinda ashame with dell customer service but they was denying me information about the exact delivery date so i was kinda hater

Northen Ireland is part of the UK.

The Republic of Ireland is not, so for people not part of the Uk its an easy mistake was just letting people no really that the numbers for the uk and northen Ireland need to be added togeather ( Although there are non for Northen Ireland)

I really don't know because I live in a country where alienware doesn't reach so I order it from a stor who can buy them for us with aditional taxes, etc... but it got rescheduled and it was going to arrive tomorow same day that my orion messenger bag is going to arrive
