Global Alienware - Where did they land?

how long has it been my friend took 10 days from order to landing

and ow that baby is on fat hudge thing untill now i though my m17 was big .... and i curse him for the RGB led and quality alienFX on it ....... now my m17 looks like it's barely shining ......

 

Guys I need your help? Does anyone have the Orion Messenger Bag or other bag who uses the alien head with that kind of metal or plastic, I really don't know what it is but mine got scratched and I don't know how to repair it.

I really get angry with myself when I do this kind of mistakes but this time it woesn't me, it the was the lady from a hotel that I went and I leaved the bags with her because the room wasn't ready when I arrived....thatha alien head scratched like hell

Hi guys I've been in vacation so I abandonned my thread ups but good news is that I'll finally have my laptop landing in Thursday or Friday, so happy!

Edit: still I waitted much more time than anyone of you with no offense but I wait counting with this week 2 months for the landing. Which are your aw granyte?

Well guys crushing news, after two months of waiting by my laptop M17x-R2 with all the works, it arrived and I crossed half of Portugal to go pick it up and when I arrive to the place, I entered in the stor and the guy just keeped quiet and when he started talking to us (me and my grandfather) and the laptop got damaged totally on delivery company

 

is the box already opened before they show it to you? if yes i think those people in the stores have some explaining to do..

 

They even didn't show it to me, they didn't explain anything, nothing at all so I'm going to get my money back

 

thats weird, but they are going to refund your money to you right?

btw did you try to buy it online? like Dell Online for Alienware?

 

Yes the right thing to do is to give the money back, I wanted but Alienware in Portugal doesn't exist, so I tried to order from other store but they can't do it they talked to Dell but now they told me good news, Alienware is comming to Portugal....YEAH! (in October it's worth the wait without the problems from the last stor)

well i changed my mind awhile back there after looking at those computers in my siggy,

i do hope alienware have newer technology on their machines. i heard that some guys saying AW/Dell might Refresh the alienware Notebook lines in 2011?

I don't want to tell this as a thing to be proud moreover to be like a thing to be dead, I'm really angry, because I waited 2 months for an m17x that I ordered in a laptop shop and I those problems now I have to wait till October to alienware to be comercialized in Portugal if this won't happen in Portugal I'd be without chanches to do anything to have an Alienware D.A.M.N.

hello guys I need your help, some say that alienware commes to Portugal in October but I don't really know or have such confirmation, a signal of this news to me, is the Pt website of AW got closed so if anybody can help find me out more things about this I'w really aprecciate, it's a matter of buying from them in here or having to arrange some kind of deal outside, any help is very wellcomme

Hey everybody got a question for you!

Which of you felt in the skin the harsh price of alienware, if you notice, alienware in your contry(depending the country) it's more expensive than buying in USA, so I'm asking which countrys(you) fell the deep cut on your wallet after buying the alienware.

And why? Why should you pay more than other people in other country? Why do have pay more and can't have the bonus that alienware offers in other principals countrys. Why??

 

Yes, why... ask Dell. Probably because they can ask for more and still sell them...

 

In my country Dell doesn't sell alienware directly it only sells through a internacional shop and still people won't buy it because the price is too elevated compared to the USA price.

 

Well, systems other than Alienware are more expensive than in the US too... so there's no choice than to pay more. (Though, AW is still 100-200 bucks more expensive than systems with similar specs, but I think it's totally worth it)
...and ordering from foreign countries isn't always cheaper. Shipping, custom fees and sometimes you won't get warranty and support.

 

Yeah I know and I agree with you it's totally worth it, but I always feel a litle bit sad when I go compare the prices, the wallet starts to become lighter
