Also, lessons learned from the W90 owner lounge which I followed from the beginning...Several people received their w90 and subsequently went afk for a few days sucked into playing games and forgetting to post pics for us NBR users ;( lol we were so tortured. Remember to take pics and post same day, mad +rep waiting

I don't think the dell reps have a clue, I ordered on the 3rd, confirmed payment over phone, went in production as soon as payment was confirmed on the 3rd, been in build stage since so today i decided to do an experiment and place 3 calls back to back to back about my order,
1st call i was told it would ship tomorrow, i was like woo hoo at first but then i realized i have yet went into boxing and told rep so, she stated that is the information she had.
2nd call the guy told me my order was on hold due to backordered parts, he said the qx9300, & 280's were on delay, i told him what first lady said and he said well that is the information he had.
3rd call, i told the lady what i was told by the reps from the previous 2 calls and was told that nothing was backordered and my system was just being held up in production due to high demand and i should expect it to ship in about a week or so.
so basicly what am i supposed to believe?
(Still in build stage by the way) -

btw yes i can see the invoice. I just checked. Has the service tag on it and all... the disclaimer says not avail until 48 hrs after it ships but it did work.

It says "up to", so surely that means the maximum is 14 days. It doesn't say working days either, that should include weekends too.

I ordered my M17x on the 8th and followed it up with a phone call about an hour later to confirm financing and stuff.
Today I am in the "build" phase, confirmed that with a phone call and even spoke with a Dell rep, he says that it will ship by the 7th of July. Does anyone think that it could ship earlier, like by the 26th of June? I am leaving town on the 30th and would love to have it before I leave?

I ordered my M17x on the 12th, but had to make changes to it today and I know have a sooner EDD of July 7th. My previous EDD was July 12th. I guess only time will tell either way I'm excited

To add the number to your acct:
Find the customer number in your order email
Call a Dell CSR and ask them to add this number to your acct.
This is something that has been going on with Dell as long as I can remember. I suggest adding it so you can get your detailed info in your acct. -

Weird how they give different customer numbers. Everything should be linked by user regardless how it was purchased.
