    If i can get someone to film from my family, I will try to make a FULL video of unboxing+turning on, then dark room with all colors. Just need someone to hold the camera...Oh and sadly others will get it before me. So no1 make a video so I can be the first on here with a legit video. Optimistically I will get it Friday/Saturday. Pessimistically, tuesday. BTW I won Microsoft office ultimate 2007 off gophns website. Gophn=the man

    Wow I'm getting really excited at the fact that other people have started to get their M17x's, I've been in production since the 4th and I live in Canada so I don't really know what stage of production I am in but I have a good feeling about next week that I will get it. Any other Canadians out there who ordered this laptop? If so, what specs and how close are you to shipping?

    If anyone knows about how big Youtube is, you know there's no limit to a creative spirit. No matter how many people make this video, your's will still be unique.

    Besides, if there's already one...or ten by the time you're ready to go, you can always make yours a bit more in-depth: focus on one part or topic they might have overlooked. This can add some specialization and variety to your video.

    Guys, the qx9300 has a lot more than 2 multipliers, I can clock it up to at least 3.20 ghz with the bios, and probably a lot more. I only clocked up to 3.06ghz though for now anyways.

    I dunno how much I should clock it up though lol, the laptop doesnt get warm warm, but it it feels a bit warm, the cooling is working very nicely, but I still dont know if its a good idea to clock it past 3.06 ghz, although the multipliers are in the bios.

    unlock it to the max ! download HWmonitor and check your temps.

    it will shut dow if it ever gets to hot,

    the M17 with its halfcracked cooling system could handle it wasy @ 3.2 so you can go all the way

    Oooooo nice, well my temps are in the mid to high forties when the quad is overclocked, its been running since I got it, and I have been playing WoW maxed out. I will try and put together a review or something for it.

    Well when I tabbed out of WoW just now I saw some temps that were at 59. but I dont think thats serious. Plus the room I am in is kinda warm hehe.

    With the extreme CPUs I would worry only when it hits 90C. Beside that, what is your multiplier at stock, @3.06GHZ and the max clock that is available in the bios? Thanks for the info.

    Ok I did encounter some sort of glitch, its not really a problem, but the command center and stealth mode touch buttons dont seem to work, also in the command center when I click Alien Touch, it says a line is missing in the registrar, so any way I can repair it without reinstalling the command center, I really dont want to mess it up everything else works fine.

    Well the other touch buttons work, its only the Alien touch and the stealth and command center buttons, is there a windows update that might fix it, or could I run the command center installation and repair it, or maybe even add the proper lines to the registry entry?
