They would not run the two lines anyway with the alienware brand. No point.

Nice find! but why do I not like it...? Its bulky square ... I dunno I dunno ... I need to see it

It seems they have went from old style backlit keyboard to island-type backlit, not so great...
also they have added all this backlight accent effect around the laptops...weird
and they are not as sleek anymore.... looks not so attractive to me, ofc its new, but hey I feel old m18x design wise looks better ... there has to be alot of power ratio over the previous generation to compare, for me to be worth moving to new not so nice design...

    my 2 cent

EDIT: also I no longer see E-SATA port, no longer standard VGA port, and only 3 Audio Ports.

Also looks alot like they went back in time to SAGER/ALIENWARE design shapes :D

    Do these look familiar?

Looks like they're going for the Razer Blade look. Not sure how I feel about it right now, but it doesn't look terrible.

That's not the new alienware - that's one of the very first. And if you mean the larger image set, I think it's identifiably Alienware - having the lights set to green does not a razer ripoff make.

Since we seem to have a need for a new thread every time there's more leakage of unofficial information, I'll go ahead and close this thread... No need for concurrent discussions on the same subject. If this is, in fact, reliable information it looks like Dell or Compal needs to get a better handle on things and terminate some untrustworthy employee(s) for their indiscretion.
