How in the world did you get Microsoft Office to become a Stack with icons like that? I dragged my iWork folder from Applications down to the dock, and it shows up as a bunch of icons on top of each other just fine. But when I do that with my MS Office 2008 one, it just puts a folder there (still does the Stack, but not with icons).

Here's mine. I get bored with the background so often that a new one is usually on daily. This is where interfaceLIFT is so handy. :)

    Currently....

The USB drive is actually the old stock 20GB drive from my Xbox 360 (I upgraded to the 120GB drive and kept the transfer cable) Microsoft tells you to throw the cable away... they don't tell you you can reformat the drive and use it on your computer!

Oh boy, I went to a lot of pages to find this thread.
Never had anything interesting to show, but I finally got around to doing something.

I've always liked Tubbypaws' work, and I finally got around to making a desktop out of it. But I couldn't be content with just a static image, so I made my own version.
    Based off of Widecat:

Widecat moves around my screen, and pops up from various corners. Keeps my desktop fresh ;p
Here's a video of it in action
I also made an emote one, don't really like it that much, but here it is.

I kinda like widecat just in the corners, but I'm still happy with it.

And hopefully people will post their newer desktops, or their desktop if they haven't already

    hey stealth ...
the bottom portion of the screen is a dock ... (software - dragthing). A better shot of it is here -
    http://espirit-du-fantome.deviantart.com/art/First-Mac-Wall-92168825

it's a nice li'll software .. nifty.. .allows u to do away with the default leopard dock and put in other docks... presently i'm tinkering around ....trying out various options and customizations that it allows...

I know some people really liked this thread, and I remembered about it after I changed my desktop.

So hopefully some of the newer people to the apple forum, probably who got the new mb/mbp can post their desktops.

Anyways heres mine. The dock is usually hidden, but I thats all I usually have in it.

Oh, and if you dont know how to take screenshots, its apple+shift+3, it should save it to the desktop by default.
