But damn good show. It was getting VERY stale by the end of season 1. Same formula every episode. Glad they changed it up.

What stand is that for you MBP? I'm looking at buying one, and not sure if I want that or the MStand.

 

Griffin Elevator..

 

Lost and Heroes are okay; I've tried watching both but never could sit thru an entire episode. My wife, on the other hand, is hooked on both shows. I pretty much only watch sports, House, and Smallville (though the past 2 seasons have been big disappointments)

Though people seem to prefer the Mstand because it has a support thing at the bottom so it doesnt slide off, for whatever reason.
And I think it looks nicer ;p

I would agree the mstand looks a little better, i went with the elevator because I was able to get it pretty cheap when our local compusa closed. That said, my macbook pro is not gonna slide off.

I love my Bose...the sound is amazing for a 2.0 setup....highly recommended...i got them pretty cheap as well from Sams Club .

Yeah. Lost isn't for everyone. Some people don't have the attention to really get into it. For me... it's like a really complex puzzle. I really get into theory crafting with the show. I'm a major junkie :-D

With Heroes... it's just so well done. Everything is top notch, and a great, very original story. Season 2 volume 1 really blew me away.

I'm still trying to finish off all the seasons of NCIS and CSI. <3 crime/forensics shows.

Hrm... Not bad. If it were cheaper, I'd get that over MStand. But... not sure if I will have money for either.

 

I got the first season of Heroes on HD DVD for free when I got a HD player for my Xbox 360 last year. I have yet to even open it, but I might go ahead and start fresh from the beginning. Thats what I had to do with Smallville. I started watching it at the beginning of Season 4, and I was so hooked I went out and bought the box sets.

 

I did the same. I saw most of the first season online, then started fresh with the HD DVD set. So awesome we got that for free!

I watched season 2 vol 1 on netflix. Freaking awesome.

Mine is a Griffin Elevator. I reviewed it here probably about a year ago and like it more now than I did then.

It's the wife's! Plus that was before I saw the light and was converted!

i have had that MS mouse for years, its still kicking, and still awesome. I actually bought the MS BT 5000 notebook mouse. Its nice, but a little smaller than the pictured. Id rather the pictured mouse in a BT flavor

 

I used to dislike the new iMac design, but now I love it .

 

I disliked the OLD iMac design. Soon as I saw this one, I had to have it

 

I think the current iMac design is great, but not perfect. It needs to lose that chin, darnit! Still definitely a nice system, though!

well, I am currently have the macbook pro 15 inch model and I have the old mac mini+20 inch cinema display. The apple 20 inch cinema display is awesome!

How is that keyboard, I can't imagine it is all that great.

 

The keyboard is actually pretty good; its the Mighty Mouse that I dont like (which is why I switched out to the Logitech S530). I brought my Apple keyboard and mouse in to work to use with my MBP, since I keep that up on an M-Stand now. Love the keyboard, hate the mouse

 

New monitor....with a perfect spot underneath it for a mac mini (someday)...



and a pic of my wife and daughters side of the office...my wife has an old G3 ibook i can't talk her in to upgrading...she's had it since it was new...my daughter uses an old P3 windows notebook....her games won't play on a mac...
