    Some MP3's tags are not parsed correctly, depends on the ID3 tags, v1 or v2, what are they written with. Got some similar problems with MP3s tagged from older version of Winamp.

    Yeah mine isn't working anymore. I uninstalled LCDHype 0.6.0.5 and erased its folder. Then I reinstalled it again, reinserted the driver and megascript 3.0 and I still get that access violation error. I don't want to have to reinstall Windows for this but I really miss it :(

    EDIT: I can't even change the message/animation using the ASUS Direct Console. The button for it is greyed out and when I click on it, nothing happens. The OLED just stays stuck on "Republic of Gamers" with the eyebrow logo...

    Hey, the thread is really big, so sorry if I am repeating.
    I've got ASUS G50v,My probelm is - i uninstalled Vista and installed Windows seven
    I got everything working except the OLED panel.I doesnt even light. Sometimes it stucks on the RoG logo (not lighting, just grey) sometimes its just doesnt work
    I tried LCDhype, but it didnt work. What should I do?

    Is there anyway to reset it back to the defaults? I am giving the Asus 50vt and they want the panel just ot say waht it said in beginning. I ahve removed everything and it still says Asus G-Series driver by Predator_MF with the logo......

    Is there something embedded into the registry or anythign that i can remove to reset it back to factory?

    You need to start Asus Direct Console that will overwrite the LCD memory with its on settings. It seems the LCD always keeps the last picture saved in its own memory.

    Hey predator thanks for all this but sadly I cant seem to find what im looking for. I just want my LEDs to blink with the bass on winamp but it just doesnt work. Ive copied your LED script into LCDHype and its there but when I play music on winamp nothing happens at all. Also the LCD Never changes when I press the assigned buttons so I can't navigate to the winamp oscillator for the LEDs to work.

    Thanks ahead of time!!

    EDIT: I have a G2S btw
