    There are no such things as patches and fixes, it's so simple to re-design the text offset and position, that we are assuming you are old enough to make it by yourself. All you need is 30 minutes with LCDHype and its help, changing couple of values and you are done. Please take your time as I took mine to make the OLED driver both for G1/G2 and G5X/G7X series, the megascript and couple of plugins everyone uses

    Have you enabled shared memory for the everest utility program in the preferences section, I was having issues with the overclock screen however, i seemed to have resolved the prob by following the above steps. Directed towards other ppl: The fraps portion of my overclock screen shows maybe 2 or 3 fps when I'm running a game any ideas as to how to correct this?

    okay, thats fine. i managed to figure it out once i actually sat down to look at the codes. I understand taht %Common.CreateNewLine(,x,y) are for the text positions. However, whats the script command to change the frame sizes or bmp image sizes.

    Maybe should you look inside the LcdHype help file ? Everything you need is in.
    C:\Program Files\lcdhype\data\help\

    The fonction you are looking for is " %Graph.LoadBitmap(File, X, Y, OffsetX, OffsetY, Width, Height, Inverted, Mode) "

    Hi, i've just got a g71 and lcdhype is running great, the only problem is that the gleds ain't working, i have the plugin installed and disabled direct console, i have also tried changing the example script, but i only get the touchpad and mail leds to work, i think the problem is the adress of the gleds or somthing like that is different in the g71 and g1s, g2s, mainly because the g71 has maybe various gleds that make the different colors or a rgb led, please help, thanks in advance

    I Have the same problem, i have a G50 (no mail LED), only the Touchpad led works. And the touchpad led is the LED 0, not 1 according to the GLED_1.1 readme.

    But all the appreciation of this entire forum! ;)

    How about making a website with a paypal donation link? (not sure how they work, I don't even have a paypal or such account :D -- just an idea). Maybe some of the guys over here who use your software will wish to show their appreciation in a bit more material way.

    Hi, first I would like to thank Predator_MF for the driver. Scripts come and go, the real thing is the driver. I have an ASUS G-50V downgraded to XP. I write because LCDHype stoped refreshing the screen. I installed yesterday, I set the script(tried several, sticked with Megascript, all plugins installed), everything was fine. Now all I see is the introductury "Asus G-Series driver by Predeator_MF" printed. When i load a new script it shows in the simulated display, but no effect in the real one. Of course the driver is loaded, and I also tryied changing the device to just the emulation display and back to Predator's dirver with no success. It is puzzling that the device seems to remember last screen since the message reapears upon startup way before lcdhype is loaded. I tried to figure out which device in the device manager I could disable and then re-enable to see if I could somehow restart the thing but couldn't find it. Any help appreciated.

    Sorry, I just had stupidly ticked the LCD output button. XD

    As above, I have just joined to praise Predator_MF on this amazing plugin/script/driver for my G1S. For so long have I been looking for something like this to replace the pointless clock.

    Eagerly (but realistically) awaiting a Ventrilo & Itunes plugin. I get it the itunes is possibly not feasible, but hoping someone at some point can port the G15's ability to read vent onto this amazing script.

    Big thanks :D

    Edit: Here is the G15 Itunes plugin http://www.g15forums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3913, maybe someday it could be ported.

    It's not a problem for me to write an iTunes plugin for LCDHype, but I need some time to finish my priority projects first :) Ventrilo is on the roadmap too, I use it alot...tho I don't see any point in using it, I usually know who's talking

    Yeah true that about Vent, but there are enough people coming and going that it would be useful in a way. I'm happy to help in anyway I can, but I'm no programmer/scripter - so I'm not sure how much use I am.

    i second a ventrilo script!
    i agree on my regular vent server i know most voices, but other vent servers... i never knew how much i relied on my G15 keyboard for vent info until i tried to use vent on my laptop!

    i would be happy to try and script up the formatting for the plugin, but i think actually interfacing with vent to get the info is beyond me..

    Eh... hope you guys dont yell at me for this question. Since I am so stupoid enough not to understand how to write script. (which sounds like a piece of cake for some here). I wonder if yuo guys could help me separate the "dolly clock" part from the rest of the Megascript by Predator. I tried but err.. Well... It didn't go well at all.

    I really like the jumping sheeps xD.

    Thanks a million in advance!

    Writting a script for LCDHype is easier than you think and believe it or not, it's fun. There's a tutorial I made for guys like you in the other OLED thread (G50, look on my signature), somewhere page 7-10.

    Separating the dolly clock is just copy-paste that particular script's code and removing the lines that use functions from the megascript code (KeyInit() / KeyCheck())....nothing more than that. The idea behind the script is very simple, tho the code looks big (and I said this before) - provide you with a navigation through a bunch of scripts. It has a main unit that does it all - handles the navigation when you press a button, remembers which menu you are in, gives you ability to write your own "popup" events (when the temperature goes high you can create a popup-script that warns you about that) ...and couple of useful things like reading the temperatures of your CPU/GPU on the background (no matter which screen you are in) so the graphs it draws are accurate. It's made for everyone that doesn't want to write own navigation system in his scripts - just add KeyInit() in the header and KeyCheck() in the code of the script you want to add to the megascript, put declaration of that script in the megascript core and when you navigate thru the menu you'll see your script there

    I have a G50VT with SICOPOLY&Predatory's Megascript 3.0. I deleted most of the script pages in it though, just leaving

    Code.CPU-GPU
    Logo.CMD
    Logo.G1S
    Logo.Morphing
    Overclocker Pro

    What code do I need to make it go to Overclocker Pro automatically on startup? LCDHype starts and runs the first script, but I have to manually double-click Overclocker Pro for it to start. Ideas?

    Is anyone else having problems defining variables with %System.CPU(Usage) using Windows 7?

    There's a line in the megascript System.Main that defines this:
    PHP:
     defines the first custom screen

    modify if you place anything

    (like custom logo before the first script) /
     %
    DefVar(ScriptOffset, Global= 15 )

    The %System.CPU(Usage) is tricky. You can use it in a script only once, if you try using it more than once in the same code, the second and every next instance will return 0. So to use it, you call it only once assigning it to a variable, the you use that variable for your next calculations

    Thanks for the reply Predator_MF. First of all I want to thank you for everything you've done. :)

    The problem I'm having is with you CPU/RAM Simple script from you original megascript.

    Code:
    #Header
      /insert header code here/
     %Graph.Font('SmallFonts',6,1)
     %Param.RenderMode(Simple)
     %Common.SetPriority(1000)
     %LCD.Gfx_SetTextArea(0,0,139,31)
     %DefVar(CPUused, Local = 'CPUused')
     /%Graph.SetInvertArea(1,6,94,24)/
     /Variable for LCDKeys/
    #EndHeader

    #GfxMode
     /insert gfxmode script code here/
      %LCD.Gfx_SetOverlayMode()
      %Format.Offset(Vertical,3)
      %Format.Offset(Horizontal,2)
      %Assign(CPUused,%System.CPU(Usage))
      %Graph.Font('Arial',7,1)
      'CPU: '%CPUused()'%'
      %Format.Bar(Horizontal,72,8,0,100,%CPUused(),1,1,54,4)
      %Common.CreateNewLine()
      %Format.Offset(Vertical,0)
      %Format.Offset(Horizontal,2)
      'RAM: '  %System.Memory(MemoryLoad)'%'
      %Format.Bar(Horizontal,72,8,0,100,%System.Memory(MemoryLoad),1,1,54,16)
    /  ' Free:    '%Shr(%System.Memory(MemoryFree),10)' MB'/
     %Common.CreateNewLine()
     %Format.Offset(Vertical,7)
     %Format.Offset(Horizontal,4)
     'PageFile Use:'%Round(%Mul(%Div(%Dec(%System.Memory(PagefileSize),%System.Memory(PagefileFree)),%System.Memory(PagefileSize)),100))'%'
    / %Graph.Font('MS Serif',8,1,Bold)/
    / %System.Memory(MemoryLoad)'%'/
     %Format.Bar(Horizontal,87,8,0,100,%Round(%Mul(%Div(%Dec(%System.Memory(PagefileSize),%System.Memory(PagefileFree)),%System.Memory(PagefileSize)),100)),1,1,4,53)
     %KeyCheck()
    #EndGfxMode

    The memory portion of the script works but the cpu part just stays at zero. Any suggestions?

    If you run that from the megascipt, you don't have to call this:
    PHP:
     %Assign(CPUused,%System.CPU(Usage))
    The Megascipt does that in System.CPU-GPU script globally everytime KeyCheck() is called. Just use CPUUsed directly. Mind the capital letters, LCDHype is case sensitive

    Hi

    After formating windows I installed LCDHype next time. I made to start automatically with windows, checked "Start script auomatically after application startup" and choose script 24 because I use only Battery script.

    The bad thing is that I've translated the baterry script to polish, for example:
    "%Graph.Font('Arial',8,1)
    ' AC Power Connected'"

    to

    "%Graph.Font('Arial',8,1)
    'Zasilanie z gniazdka'"

    And when I reboot windows it goes back to english version. What can I do?

    So Please Somebody can help me ? ^^

    What exactly doesn't work on the Overclocker script, you should have Fraps running to be able to show FPS counter, you should have Everest Ultimate too. In Everest, you should put the settings for external application to be able to read through shared memory. In Everest File -> Preferences -> External Applications -> check the "Enable shared memory" and put checkboxes on the components below: CPU1, CPU2, GPU Clock, GPU Shader Clock, GPU Memory clock, GPU Diode, CPU Core1 and Core 2 temps

    Hy!
    I´m using Masterscript 2.0 beta and wanted to see my downloadrates in the LAN Script for my 3G Modem (Huawei E220). At the first try everything worked well, showing me 7Mbps, the right IP and so on. After the last restart (I didn´t change anything) there stands 1073Mbps, no IP and no downloadrates...
    Has anybody of you already tried it with a 3G Modem?
    Sorry 4 my english, I normally speak german.

    I just installed LCDHype 0.6.0.5 and a few plugins on my Asus G1s laptop and the LCD won't cycle through all the plugins (battery, cpu, etc). It gets stuck on the Dolly clock. I have the first three options check on the Common Configuration. I tried messing with the other setting but I could not get it to work properly. Any ideas why this is happening?

    I'm running windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Predator I would like an notepad or something like that with step by step instructions on how install and what to install on my laptop to make it do those things, and I mean the lights on the side go by winamp music/rythm, and the melody to be shown on that blue miniscreen, and other stuff.

    If you can upload something like that in a reply I'd be more than greatfull. I'd like some help 'cause I just can't make it work :(... :confused:

    Cheers

    I just can't get it work. So my GLED is not responding to those scripts.... :(,

    And another question: if I stop/close winamp and start it again it's a little bodering that I have to start that plugin for OLED to get info. Is there anyway to make it start automaticaly?

    Hey, I just set-up lcdhype on this comp, and the winamp plugins flash really fast, but it still shows the equalizer,and it also doesn't show track info :confused:
    It shows up correctly in the preview window, but it does a high-refresh rate looking thing on the actual OLED :(

    This is the track info btw ||***||||_|||||| <-- is that Lil Wayne in OLED language?? XD
