    Not anymore lol. 3050ti laptops are shockingly bad value at just 200 bucks less than 3060 laptops but there is a 50% performance delta between the two compare to just around 20-25% with the 3060 to 3070 laptop

    hmm... what do you think could be wrong with my machine then...
    it's the 3080 and I can't break 11k on time spy. I've got the hyperx coming in about a week, but stock should be better. I even have 32gb of ram at 3200 (the base ram).

    Edit: oh are you on an external monitor?

    Edit2: ok, I was only using turbo mode, by going to manual mode all settings to max and max fans at 70c, I got 11199 in time spy.

    still not as good as you, maybe its no external monitor.

    The new bios didn't "add" a mux switch as stated in the video, it allowed the mux switch to be enabled/disabled.
    Asus doesn't have MUX switch on their unit so whether or not they update the BIOS it's impossible due to the way the laptop screen is wired to the iGPU.

    Using an external monitor with USB-C is the only way to bypass optimus.

    A MUX is a hardware switch, so the functionality it provides cannot be "added" by a BIOS update.

    Anyone have a link to the EZ Flash 315 bios? Asus support page only has the executable which isnt working for me. Or is there a way to convert the exe to EZ Flash? Thanks

    Read a couple of post where people are reporting a significant drop in cpu/gpu temps by going back to 315. Would like to test that for myself.

    Is the Rtx 3080 16gb 17.3.

    Hi guys,

    I just bought some g skill ripjaws memory 3200mhz ddr4 ram to replace the single rank ram that comes from the factory and it appears to not boot the computer at all.
    Did i buy the wrong ram? or is there some other incompatibility at play here.

    i have tried the new ram sticks in my older g703gxr as well and also wont boot

    Basically when the computers both turn on they just power on and flash the rgb keyboard etc but dont post or boot into anything

    only thing i can think of is ram incompatibility for some reason

    does anyone here have any ideas or suggestions before i return these two sticks?

    Probably this is 1.2-1.3V sticks whose need XMP support. We have amd cpu, so this stick wont work proply.

    Thanks for the response, turns out both sticks were dead on arrival as i had went back to the store and got a new set and the new set works perfectly
    the same 1.2volt CL22 3200mhz g skill ripjaws ddr4 so-dimm laptop ram, the g skill website doesnt really give much information about the sticks unfortunately

    I installed the Last armoury and got High Temps and the GPU it doesnt activate.
    Do you have previous Armoury crate offline installer?
