Thanks all. I should say that I am back in Australia at the moment and my plan was to buy from an Aussie mail order company before I go back. I thought about buying a computer while I was in Russia but there are several problems with that, including getting a copy of Windows in Russian, and possibly a pirate version at that. The pirating problems are not confined to Asia.
I am really after the most powerful computer I can get in a 15 inch form but as I said earlier it must be reliable. Thanks Pogitz for pointing out for me what I had already said about the reliabilty. It would seem that I would be better off with the G1S.

It took a little time to "tweak" the system, it is probably not done yet but I have NO issues, even with Vista x64 OS. I am currently dual booting with WinXP Pro and Vista x64, this thing ROCKS! I can playback all my HDTV files without an issue, does not matter what resolution file or bitrate I try, it just works. NICE!
