So is that basically the M5a, or a whole new model altogether? When you say better graphics, do you mean the new 915 Integrated chipset or a form of dedicated graphics? [8D]

Actually, the Z33a is the sonoma refresh to the M5n which will be known internationally as the M5a....... Better graphics sounds like it'll have dedicated graphics or something... but it won't. It will be based on the 915 chipset and yes the integrated graphics will be better on that than on the 855 chipset, but the important update is the chipset, not the graphics.
The M5a IS the Z33a..... "Z" is the new designation for the custom systems in the US so not to confuse them with the complete systems that are sold over seas.
Thanks,
Justin

Well, the real reason behind it is Asus doesn't warranty these and people who are buying them still believe they do. At the same time people look at the ensemble line which often comes with extra little goodies (which no one uses) ... like a wifi mouse with the S5 or whatever..... well they see that coming in the M5 in reviews they read (and they aren't paying attention to the fact they they are international reviews) and then they order an M5 and question why we didn't send them their mouse.
Also, internationally those systems come in 1 or 2 configurations...... here since they are totally custom, it's better to just keep them seperate so when people are looking around they will actually be less confused. For people in the know like those on this forum it may be confusing, but in the long run it's going to help us and Asus out.
Thanks,
Justin

That's what I thought, thanks Justin. I understand why ASUS wanted to differentiate the two system lines...but I really hate the way they decided to do it...I think the whole Z designation sucks...It's causing a lot of confusion for many people...especially in anticipation of certain systems that already exist/existed under the current designations.I guess eventually It'll be very simple...It's just the transition phase like many that really bites. Can anybody confirm yet if the Z63A will be white? Last I heard it was white, but nobody was positive.
