I submitted mine a little more than a week ago and I too have been "sent to the back office". Wonder if we are in trouble.

My order was confirmed on February 3rd. I faxed the POP Feb 5th. I emailed the POP later in February, and I've emailed it twice in March..
This company is horrible, in most emails I get automated messages -- only a few times has it been someone understanding what is going on (or not going on). Who knows when my order will get processed, all I know is this company is a joke. -

I'm sorry but you received some incorrect information. The status: "Order has been sent to back office." Is in fact the last step before shipping occurs. Depending on your manufacturer, shipment should occur anywhere from the middle of March, to the beginning of April. After "Order sent to Back office", your order will change to "Order is received", "Order is approved", and "Order shipped" in that order.

Hmm... Interesting. Moduslink says they fill the orders in the order they are placed. I also had my POP validated about 6 weeks ago, and now my status is "Order is approved." Strange...

Well, I've been on "Order is approved" for two days now. No word on if it has shipped yet.

Erk? They're charging shipping? Any Canadians get their package yet?
It had better be less than 20$ CDN with shipping. The reason why this is a big of concern is that customs has this nasty habit of slapping on another 40-60$ duty on anything that looks technology/expensive regardless of the stated value unless it's declared as a defective being return for repair and has no commercial value. If it's > 20$ CDN including shipping, this might hurt. -_- -

I have a problem.
If anyone could help me, thanks. I'd really appreciate it.
Here's my story:
I went to site, and enter my informations and everything.
Order Status says COA Validated.
I sent them email of pictures of the invoice (I purchased from newegg)
They replied in email saying it's invalid.
I sent them another email with all the informations needed in jpeg format.
They replied my invoice is incomplete.
Then I faxed them my invoice that I printed out from newegg with my order # and email written on it.
I waited about 7 business days. No news.
So I emailed them and asked them to check the status of my order.
They replied
"It appears that we have not received a copy of your Proof Of Purchase (POP);
however, due to a large volume of orders, we are experiencing a backlog in
processing proofs of purchase."
I emailed AGAIN. I got the same response (computer generated?).
I faxed them again with order # and email written on it AGAIN.
Now I'm waiting for response...

I don't have a scanner and I don't want to do it by mail but if I have to do it, I will. Other than that, I'm looking to straighten this thing out electronically.
So, what do I do now? Fax another? Call? Email again? Find a scanner and send over by email? Mail letter? Burn down their HQ? Subscribe their email to porn sites? Just tell me. Thanks for your help.
EDIT: It says Order Status : COA VALIDATED on the site. -
It took me about 20 emails to get things straightened out from a similar situation. I did just about everything but curse at them in the email, and MOST emails were auto-generated answers, *very* few had a human touch to them and those that did seemed helpful were never followed up on.
Eventually, after expressing my disgust with how they handled everything my order was updated today to COA/POP validated.
The process began on Feb 3... stick with it. They're a disgrace but you can eventually get through. -
Mine has been stuck on "Order is approved". It seems as though the upgrade process is being automatically updated. It seems that everyone is being updated at the same time if they filed the update between a certain periods of time. I know that at least one of my friends' order status changed at the same times as mine. Hmm...

I applied back in December, but my POP got validated first week of February.

I would suggest you go to your local library - they probably have a scanner there. It is much quicker that way and I strongly suggest you do it electronically.

Same here. I was sent to the back office but now I'm out. The charge on my card from 3/10 is still "pending". It may just be another pre-authorization though. Only time will tell.

You should be COA/POP validated.....bug em a bit and resend it via email if possible

To Hello-
Have you sent in your proof of purchase yet? If all you've done is submit your order, your status won't change. If you have sent your POP, the long wait seems to be par for the course. You might try resending the POP by email or fax, or just wait until they get around to checking the first one.

My question is this, I can no longer check my order status because I did not write down my COA (didn't think to do it), so first , I will have to trust that there is no problem with that order. Second, if I start over with my new COA once I recieve it, and also send in my proof of purchase from my old one, what are the chances they will send me another copy as well? Two copies are better than one! -
From the release date, today is the cutoff (it has been 6 weeks). So if you already got your POP validated before Jan. 30, then Moduslink has just missed the 6 week deadline.

If you still have the email from when you submitted your order, it should contain your order number. You can use this to login. -

I just got an email that said my POP has been validated (before it was just indicated on the checkup site as COA/POP approved but no email was sent).
In the email it says it should ship within 4-6 weeks and if it doesn't to contact them. -
