I wonder if that is because GPU-Z hasnt been updated for those cards yet? I distinctly remember seeing an ATi picture that the Bandwith was going to be around 89.x GB / sec, yet I see in that picture 54.x.

    Just an idea.

I hope XoticPC gets their hands on these pretty soon, I'm tempted to buy one through Newegg. I really want that QX9300 though, 20k 3dmark06, yesplz.

Looks like it's got the standard Asus warranty as well.

Newegg specs for weight also seem a lot lesser than the >6kg claimed in one of the reviews.

You can always save some pennies now, and upgrade to a QX9300 later..... especially when the CPU prices drop. :D

I'll probably end up doing that to be honest. 1000 bones for a processor is a little steep. Too bad Newegg doesn't allow the use of multiple forms of payment. I'll just have to wait till next week for tax returns. :D

Hopefully I won't run into trouble ripping Vista off of that and throwing W7 on it. Once you get used to W7 it's so much better IMO.

Right, but would GPU-z recognize it if there's never been a mobile card with it?
I remember when I bought the G50VT one of the first discovered, that card always registered in GPU-Z as a 9800M GT- yet it's a GS- there is no GT. It could be an error. Only time will tell.

I think that happens to all 9800gs cards.

At the beginning when 9800 series cards came out there was only the GT GTS and GTX :D
