    Delivery dates for new XPS 15 Infinity

    USA, fullHD, i7, 84wh. Ordered on 12/7. ETA 01/14/2016. Next day shipping and will have to tomorrow 12/22 :)
    So I called Dell twice.
    - First time, I was suppose to get 2 days shipping with member, but only get 3-5 days shipping. Called them, and Dell said they would expedite my order and give me one day shipping. I see no changes on my shipping or ETA at all.

    - Second time, I called them after a few days later, the rep admitted that they had technical issue and wasn't able to speed up my order. He then promised me that he would do it right away, and I should get it around 01/08/2016!!! :(

    - This time the order page got updated right away and I got next day shipping with ETA of 1/08/2016. Though 3 days later I got the notification that the laptop was shipped. My friend who ordered the laptop at the same time also getting it too.

    - It seems Dell is doing better now. Hope you guys get yours soon

    I got notification this morning that my i7, 16g ram, 512 ssd, FHD was delivered. Ordered on November 12. The gotcha now is that my wife and I are in the hospital waiting on our daughter to be born! The universe seems to not want me to get this laptop...

    It's quiet here, am I the only one still waiting for my order to be produced and delivered? :p

    By the way, I have a feeling that my order of October 27 still won't be delivered on January 11... :confused:

    Have you tried calling dell customer care? I have a feeling mine shipped out sooner because I called them 3-4 times...

    Of course I have, even contacted "Dell Cares" on twitter but they don't even reply anymore. They don't care.
    Great, just noticed delivery date slipped to January 15th.

    Maybe by the time it gets delivered there will be alternatives so I can just cancel and never go back to Dell.

    Order placed on the 18th Dec, Shipped on the 28th, eta 4th but I am not holding up much hope for the eta as the original was jan 19th. This is a Dell internal order to replace my 9530.

    Maybe you should re-order. My guess is your later order will ship first. They probably messed up on your current order :(

    They messed up on my first order and cancelled it when due date was past. Then they made a new order on December 9...
    I don't see the point in creating yet another one :confused:

    They actually SHIPPED my order tonight, finally! As a reminder I ordered on October 27...

    Now hoping that UPS doesn't lose or damage the package in transit :D
