    same here, I tried... but had to wait like 3 min before they said they'll transfer me to an agent... and then the usual "all of our representative are busy at the moment" crap... So I just hung up.

    I hate the voice commands. I just press 1 for order status and then 1 for yes and then press my order number. Either my TV or someone talking always messes up the voice command.

    Dumb question. How do you guys view the details of the "In Production" stage? The Dell system used to break down the "in production" in the following stages:

    In Production:
    Kitting
    Build
    Testing
    Boxing

    And now all there is either "In Production" or "Shipped". Is it like this for orders in the USA?

    It used to.. changed many months ago....

    It should still it when you add your order to your account... and go to the My Account page. If not, then you have to call the automated status line (which might still be down at the moment).

    It should tell you automatically....

    ... but its been broken for the past few hours (i.e. redirecting you to a live CSR rep)

    I got my Mobile Edge bag that I ordered the same time as my Vostro (the 10th) about five days later. The ****er is HEAVY. Like, 7 pounds with nothing in it.

    AHH! That explains my experience with it. (I hung up when it directed me to a live person, because I'm at work)
