same here, I tried... but had to wait like 3 min before they said they'll transfer me to an agent... and then the usual "all of our representative are busy at the moment" crap... So I just hung up.

I hate the voice commands. I just press 1 for order status and then 1 for yes and then press my order number. Either my TV or someone talking always messes up the voice command.

Dumb question. How do you guys view the details of the "In Production" stage? The Dell system used to break down the "in production" in the following stages:
In Production:
Kitting
Build
Testing
Boxing
And now all there is either "In Production" or "Shipped". Is it like this for orders in the USA? -
It used to.. changed many months ago....
It should still it when you add your order to your account... and go to the My Account page. If not, then you have to call the automated status line (which might still be down at the moment). -
If you call the automated order status line, does it tell you automatically, or do you have to speak to someone?
