You got lei'd for your High School graduation? Lucky dog. Times have really changed since I was in school!

You gonna post those videos on YouTube? The unboxing, I mean...not the "ceremony."

Congratulations! I'm graduating this year on Jun. 15th. Our school sucks because we graduate later than most schools. Seniors like me are now going to school because we have to for graduation. We learn nothing and get nothing done at school anymore. I bought a laptop for my graduation too, but I cancelled because Dell took forever to deliver mine. If I were still in line for my laptop, I would still be in Build stage. I bought a Gateway instead, and I am going to be happy with it on Monday. I just know it! ;)

It might for for a ride. Maybe it goes to others DHL places before it gets to your local one. It took it like 2.5 hours to get from Wilmington, OH to Evans City, PA for me.

I wish they would have let me pick it up.

I dont see whats taking mine so long its been about, 18 hours since it left, and I dont see why they would take my laptop farther than it needs to go with the way gas prices are these days.

Maybe it arrived to the local destination and they didnt scan it in cause they know im crazy and will go try to get it :-D

It depends on the availability of parts and how many others are in front of your build really.

well if parts were an issue I would still be in the kitting stage from what i have read. If I understood everything correct it goes pre production, then production which is - 1. kitting 2. build 3. testing 4. packing then to the shipping stage.

It seems like orders have been moving faster, and I am hoping with the slow economy there isn't a back log of orders in production. where are laptops manufactured? specifically xps laptops? I am in the states if that matters for manufacturing
