I have had a Dell Dimension 8300 desktop for 3 years. I though It was loaded up I had 512MB Ram...LoL

Then I got my New E1505 last month, January. I wanted wireless so I can sit in front of the TV or go outside in the summer and go online. I got the E1505 and It's excellent I just got Vista and Its very nice. I think for surfing the net and all its a great laptop for the price I paid like $775 with free shipping. My Specs are below and for the speed The Intel Dual Core and 2GB memory and gfx card its a powerhouse.

    Inspiron 6400, Vista Home Premium, 2Ghz Core 2 Duo CPU, 2GB DDR2 RAM, 256MB ATI X1400 GPU, 160GB 5400RPM SATA HD.

Absolutely love this machine. Received it last Friday new, and it truly is a thing of beauty! The perfect multimedia setup. And what's more, it's fast, responsive, flexible and agile as Hell!

I have a Inspiron 7500 (still works but is now a brick on the floor of my office). I have owned an Inspiron 8200 but sold it on Ebay to help pay for my current Thinkpad Z60t. I also have a Sony Vaio TR3A and my daughter has an Inspiron 600m off at college.

Dell + Intel = Sex! LOL!!

Got my 640m (details in sig) a couple weeks back. Was a little disappointed with the screen at first, but after using Adobe Gamma to correct it's intense brightness, all is good in the world again ;)
