Oh! I saw that but I didn't tried it because it says

I think that was very misleading. I thought it would only work for Windows vista with SP1. But I tried it anyway because you gave me the direct link. Now it works like charm. Many thanks to you :)

    Hi everybody,

I got one problem with my sa 3650 and it would be:
I can't acces the settings of memory, or cpu in bios, on the screen (Information) where they appear i can't use any keys, it always just giving a beep and nothing happens... I would like to set how much ram it distributes to video card, but I can't even get to the screen where I could do it... Is it possible at all with sa 3650?

Don't think that's possible. In my bios there is no option to change anything like that...

    Hi All

Im about to sell my Sa 3650 (ZM-80)

Nordic Version. From Denmark. 9 monts warranty left.

Do you think it is possible to sell the gfx-box separately on e.g. ebay? So the acer ferreri one users could use it?

I've got an used XPS M1330 instead

My GraphicBooster has now started to freak out when I turn of the computer, is there any other way to fix this problem beside sending it to Fujitsu? I have owned it more than 2 years and since I have changed the cpu myself I dont have any warranty left.

Everything is working as normal except that the fan is running om max when I turn of the computer.

@tanion: I had the very same problem. In the end it turned out that reinstalling Windows fixed it. No clue why though...

Does it make any audible noises? Beeps perhaps? Sounds like its just not POSTing. A bad stick of RAM could do that, or I have even had on my T400 that if the CD drive wasnt secured it wouldn't work right. Otherwise any number of hardware failures could do that.

I have exactly the same situation. Does your computer respond to those red buttons (eject, etc.)? I tried if it charges the battery and it does. I have no ideas how to fix this. I've been thinking maybe a motherboard failure or something. I checked inside and tried to see if something was burned, but everthing seemed fine. I also tried to start up without processor and it was all the same. I will try to take off memory sticks next.

Have you gotten any progress wHo0p3r?

I'm really getting frustrated of this laptop. I just bought new HDD and had everything installed.

    Hello!

Iv'e got installation problems with both fantoniman's and pistolingo's merges, and first of all ive swiped all the old drivers from my comp. Now to the problem, when im starting the installation (via setup.exe) i go trough all the first steps until it starts downloading the "install manager", after that's finished the installer finishes as if the installation was complete... Although it has only installed the "installer" and no more steps pop up. Ive checked if any new programs or drivers was really installed and it was not. So anyone have a clue as to what could be the problem?

Ive been struggling with this Graphics Booster for a long time until i recently found these merges which maybe can help, so i would appreciate your help much!

    Regards

That's actually funny... just about 3 hours ago I once again installed my version of the driver because my roommate destroyed my external screen :-/
Just used the "express" uninstall mode (Had 11.4 or something like that installed), removed the driver for the 3200&3780 in the device manager (Eventually checking to also delete Setup files from the computer)...
Then unplugged the Booster, did a reboot, plugged in the Booster, skipped Windows update (Click icon in tray after plugging in and select to skip Windows update... just let it install the "standard" stuff) and installed my "modded" Driver (I'm no programmer) with the default settings then I selected "Restart later" (Or something similar) and copied the foldercontents according to my instruction. After that I restarted and after logging in there it was, the dialogue to select whether I want to boost the internal screen or use the internal...

Actually it shouldn't download anything?! Btw. my version should only work with 64Bit Win7!!!
I had some problems with the graphics booster myself...always froze my hole PC when I connected it... never could find out why, had the support deal twice with it, but what fixed it was a clean installation of Win7...
I think nowadays everyone should have an external screen, so internal boosting shouldn't be that relevant. I just switched back because of the broken external monitor....
If you followed my instructions AND tried the original "internal boosting drivers" and it did not work you might consider reinstalling Windows if, for you, it really is worth a try...

    Greets,
    pisto

Hello guys .I use the graphic booster with my ferrari one.Driver 10.4merged works just fine for me either on internal than external monitor.Ref. the installation i did like this:Connected the booster to the pc.Run the set up exe in the driver folder.Than when asked what to do (instal or uninstall ) klic uninstall. At the end re boot the system.Start the pc with the booster connected and repet the procedure as above but this time when asked click install. At the end of installation reboot again and it works .During the procedure youmay be warned that the driver is notdigitally signed (or similiar message) just continue with installation.

    Hello (again) folks!

Have anyone here got Rage running with XGP and all?
It won't even start here. AMD released a new driver recently ( http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/GPU121AMDCatRagePerfDriver.aspx), but of course it doesn't come with support for the Graphic Booster.
Have you, Pistolingo, or that other guy who merged some drivers earlier (can't remember your name right now :p), any idea how to get this working?

    RAGEEEE!!!! :D

Since the introduction of the new CCC I wasn't able to get a working merge :/
I didn't try Rage yet but nevertheless the new AMD should work with the Booster as long as you use an external screen... as long as no major driver changes were made in the newest version that is.
Actually the description of your linked driver doesn't support the Amilos' 3XXX graphic cards (at least they aren't listed as compatible).
Well, I think Rage wouldn't run satisfactory anyway :p

    greetings,
    pisto

    Hey,
how did you merge the drivers? I found out that the CCC for the new VAIO Z (also with AMD XGP) is basically working for the graphic booster... But only drivers for the HD6650 are provided...

So you're using the old drivers but the new CCC of the VAIO drivers?
Was just wondering because I can't get it to work with the VAIO driver...

Yes, the new vaio CCC 11.5 but with old drivers. (i have just installed the new vaio CCC after the old fujitsu one, and all is updated but not the driver)

For the sdk OpenCL error in gpu-Z: It's because sdk opencl is not compatible with radeon hd3XXX, so i have uninstalled it.

I'm also using AMD Dual-Core Optimizer Version 1.1.4, it fix some bug in some old games http://support.amd.com/fr/Pages/dyn...de3-401b-bb06-c42e82d032e3&ItemID=158&lang=fr

PS: Sorry i don't speak english very well.

    Dear Sir,
It's been nearly 4 years since you were discussing about the topic, however I have recently found an amilo graphics booster and had Acer ferrari one for quiet some time. I would like to use amilo GB to boost the internal LCD of the computer but can not find the drivers elsewhere. As Megaupload site died a few years ago, I can't get the ones you made. Is it possible that you still have them and may I have it somehow?

    Thank you very much

    hi all!

I had some issues installing the Amilo GraphicBooster on my Acer Ferrari One & Windows 7 x64, but it finally worked!

first I simply tried installing the "Fujitsu" (8.631.1.0) drivers, but it didn't solve the problem in my case.
then I tried something else -- and now I'm posting my solution here:

    1. I (once again) removed all my ATI/AMD drivers via "AMD Install Manager" in "Programs and Features", then rebooted in Safe Mode and also cleaned up all the ATI driver traces with the Display Driver Uninstaller ( http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html), then rebooted again.
after that Windows installs default drivers for the internal GPU and asks to reboot again --> one more reboot.

    2. then I plugged in the GraphicBooster and waited while Windows installed some default drivers for it.
after that, I first installed the " Fujitsu" (FTS_AMDRS780MM88GraphicDriver_863110_1041778) drivers ( http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/Downl...9E4-7BCFD719C92B&Status=True&Component=RS780M), selecting all components available for installation.
    I rebooted again after installation.

at that time, the GraphicBooster may have worked on an external display, but certainly it didn't work on the internal display, and the tab "XGP Technology" wasn't even there in the Catalyst Control Center.
I suspected that this probably has to do now with the internal GPU driver.
and, indeed, for some reason, in the Device Manager the internal GPU was (still) listed with a default Windows driver: "ATI Radeon HD 3200 ( Microsoft ...something...)".

    3. so I unplugged the GraphicBooster from the laptop and now installed the " Acer" (VGA_ATI_8.631.1_W7x64W7x86_A) driver ( http://global-download.acer.com/GDF...E&Step3=FO200&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=EMEA_27, found on the page http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers --> Ferrari One / FO200), installing all the components except for the NorthBridge filter driver.

after that, when I plugged the GraphicBooster in again, it didn't work at first (no second GPU in the Device Manager, only one and not two LEDs lit up on the GraphicBooster itself), but THEN, after a reboot, it started working and the Catalyst Control Center asked me finally if I want to accelerate existing (internal) or additional (external) monitors. (and both the internal and external GPUs were now listed in the Device Manager without any "Microsoft..." stuff in brackets).

(maybe one more thing is to be done -- if even after the reboot the plugged GraphicBooster won't work and the above described message won't appear, you should probably try plugging it in and installing the "Fujitsu" drivers once again (with all components selected) and doing one more reboot)

at least it worked all right for me, hope it helps someone else! :)

    good day,
    --Maksim a.k.a. chokingyou
