Wow im terrible at that game...

I was terrible at first, but I slowly started to pwn everyone with my Baur-HAR and my Lambert carbine

how many ranks are there in BF2142? is it hard to rank up?

 

it's not that bad. I started playing today and ranked up a few times within 3 hours of playing.

 

ooh, i want to play that new quake wars game too, it looks fun

There are about 40 ranks in battlefield 2142. Recruit is lowest, Brigadier General is the highest.

After brigadier general, there are 3 special ranks. Major general, Lieutenant General, and Supreme Commander.

Supreme commanders are usually chosen every week, as well as major generals and lieutenant generals. TO get these ranks, you have to get the most points and awards in a certain time period(usually on mondays) so you have tuesday-sunday to build it up.

wow i just got done playing smoe quake wars ET and i am a bit overwhelmed. it is so much like the BF series that its kind of odd. too many things to do with not enough time to think

I have a question. Since BF2142 stats are controlled globally, does that mean that I can access my account/soldier from any computer with BF2142? Also, if I did a clean OS install of my computer and reinstalled BF2142, nothing would be lost (in terms of unlocks, etc), right?

 

Once you play online, everything is recorded. No matter where you go, or un install or even permanently delete it, and then reinstall, everything will be there.

So, if you newly installed it, and type in your account and everything, select soldier, your unlocks, awards, ribbons, etc will still be there.

 

um it says bad communication pnkbsta.exe or something like that -_-
