Temps I use MSI afterburner which has an onscreen display that will place your temps.

FPS, you can use ingame monitoring (render.drawfps 1) or fraps which will place your fps in any of the 4 corners.

Can't help you out with drivers though

They should've released the strategy guide when they released the CQB maps, not weeks after the fact.

I WANT to buy it but I can't. Fncking EA can't get their $hit right. Partial payment went through via Battlelog, but no Premium. Doesn't work at all through Origin. What a bunch of crap! And now they've more than doubled the price in India... The fnck kinda business are they running !?

Not to be an , but I've never had any issues with any EA game purchase, including buying BF3 via Origin. I did have one issue with what I thought was Battlelog (getting the game to run via Battlelog when it was first released)...turned out to be my router. My keyword filter was blocking Battlelog from working. And, the whole time I was howling about how EA sucked.

I'm not saying that your issue isn't with Origin/EA...just saying that it is sometimes easier to blame someone or something else than look at something that you control. Check your network and connection and/or contact your bank.

No idea about the pricing issue.

Can someone help me I can't play the Campaign because it keeps freezing on the second level. After the train level. I have the latest patch installed. I also clicked on Origin to do a repair install but that doesn't work either. The part that it freezes on is when they're are 3 guys in the car...

Freezes? Please elaborate a bit more on your problem. Does it always happen at the exact same spot each time? Have you tried different video card drivers? Any error message(s)? Does the application crash, ever?

Yeah the exact same spot. When level 2 starts after the interrogation scene it just shows the 3 guys sitting in the car and it doesn't move at all. I get no error reports or crashes. I really don't know what's going on. I can't play any other levels because I have too pass that level first...

I installed them just like you said. I got a message saying install complete(it was lighted green). I restarted my computer, loaded up Battlefield 3, started up new campaign, got to the second level and the same thing happens again. It just freezes on that part I don't get it...

Does your laptop have an IGPU as well as a DGPU? Does it come with Enduro? If so, is it activated? Meanwhile, you can try fiddling around with options in AMD CCC. Try enabling/disabling Catalyst A.I. That's known to cause random freezes/crashes.

Yeah I have the Intel HD4000 as well as the AMD Radeon HD 7850. I don't know what Enduro is... Is there a setting to delete the Battlefield 3 settings and start over. Just the Campaign settings because maybe it's corrupted or something...

Apparently, someone said in-game that they reported me because I squad spawned on a roof in Grand Bazaar, above 'A' Point. It was more like a balcony if you ask me. But anyways, is it possible I'm going to be banned or something?

That completely blows my suspicions of the GPU being at fault, out of the water.

Unfortunately, that does seem like the only thing left to do... And yes, I'd say the Campaign is (albeit small) worth the trouble, still.

I'd probably give in 5/10, with the 5 being there because of the excellent engine, and the rest of the campaign scoring 0.

It starts promisingly enough... but Dice tried to make a Cod campaign rather than making a campaign on the strengths of the BF series.

Still can't figure out WHY we weren't allowed to fly that plane...

If you think about it a little, ;)

Dice want to appeal to COD players.
So Dice implemented a fancy computer AI to help them with the flight mechanic.

Even with the really simplified controls in bf3, I rarely see any opposing jets gets occupied in most of my matches.
    (Not my fault ;))

Also, Premium is only $37.50 US on greenmangaming.com
Or 25% off on any game they offer. (2 day sale)

I've never played the campaign and not a very big fan of this game. It's a good thing I never paid for it.

Still only level 15 for MP, quit so long ago, not sure when. Must be year now? Has it improved? Any good now?

Multiplayer has been simplified somewhat. More opportunity for cheesy no scope moves. The weapons were re-balanced, which of course made some crazy good over others. There are a bunch of new weapons, some of which have changed the flavour of the classes I'm told.

I haven't bought the Premium yet due to waiting on the laptop, and if MP performance is as bad as everyone is saying it is with the 7970m, I'll probably wait till we get drivers that work for it before I commit to spending the 50 bucks.

I will say that having played it recently in vanilla/Karkand mode I enjoy it more now playing Rush and Deathmatch than before. Conquest is still my least favourite mode as most servers in my timezone get team stacked and it's a 700-0 ticket run before long. I find DM to be a lot more even, which I like.

As usual, it helps if you take the time to look around at all the crazy stuff that goes on while you're playing. I mean, for me? I love it when a jet gets shot down over my head and the burnt out frame comes plummeting down onto a building that I'm running towards, or a player launches a rocket at a building I'm near and it shoots debris out everywhere. The no cover idea makes for some awesome looking gameplay which is why I still play it.

Go ahead. They only looking for North American IP's so USA, CAN, MEX

As if it's worth it, only up to you believe DICE is able to deliver by next March.

Also, you can use other's referrals to reduce the price by $2.

You can use gmg credits to reduce the price ie from people using your referral or trading games.

It's a 48 hour sale ... so you have time to think.

NA edition means only purchasable in NA.
You can join any server in any region.

Are you trying to buying BF3 for the first time?

Cause you need BF3 first before premium.

I was buying this for my cousin actually.

What do you mean I need BF3 before getting premium?

BF3 premium does not include the actual game?

    edit.
Yeah I just saw that... LOL
    Need to re-consider buying now...
