Looks like another punkbuster bypass in the house.
I came through this piece of . He got 5 069 score per min and the map I was playing, he scored 310-5. Even with the aimbot, still he managed to die. lol

I just turned off my router's firewall just to test it and i still can't join any servers

i got a cimilar prob after the last update
i had to manualy uninstall punkbuster then manualy reinstall

download this link run then klick uninstall then run Ccleaner to clean the reg
restart your pc run the file again click install

then run this file to manualy update punk buster

run the file then in the box that says addgame click alist will show click battlefield 3 then click check for updates when done click quit

After all the steps he told you, did you restart your computer? I use to had a problem like yours once, and then I did his steps and restarted my computer.

 

yeah i did. I'm going to try a reinstallation.

 

Are you going to try a "repair install"? Unless you have a really fast internet connection to redownload bf3, repair install would be a good way to verify your bf3 files.

 

I'm going to do a full reinstallation just to be sure that nothing wrong. It'll take like 2 hours on my internet but i'm going to bed so it'll download while i'm sleeping.

 

I think that just means he had to reload 5 times...

 

Can you join a non-punkbuster server and see what happens?

 

I wouldn't be surprised this game gets hacked so quickly.

Since this engine wasn't built from scratch, they can pretty much reuse the and slightly tweaked data structures from previous iterations for the current version.


Especially with the instant feedback that punkbuster provides, cheap instant access cd keys and a paying cheating community.

Pretty much a lose-lose battle.
I doubt any game engine developer would sacrifice any performance to prevent cheating via code.

Anyways, did you disable both firewall on the router and on the computer ... for testing sake.

Can you post what browser you are using?

Also, the battlelog plugin gets a little goofed up spitting out weird error message when you have multiple tabs of the battlelog page.

 

well i just did a full reinstall and it still doesn't work. I also tried joining a non-punkbuster server and i can't join those either so it's not an issue with punkbuster.

 

Did you turn off UPNP in your router? Sometimes this game doesnt like that setting being turned on.

 

Which country you from? There is some country blocked by BF or some country blocks BF.

Can you see other server's ping? try join the lowest ones 1-100?

 

Just got done with a match where three hackers got banned. But one was remained even into to the next round. He nailed me three times at the beginning of the round, I mean exact beginning of Oman, and I was all the way back at G, no weapon, just spawn die spawn die spawn die. Name is Yaddamean. The thing is his stats aren't spectacular. They're good, but not spectacular. I have a feeling he got to level 22 and got bored so decided to start hacking.

lol 217% accuracy.....i dont see why peoplpe would hack/use aimbots or w/e surely just takes the fun out of the game and makes it pointless ..how can you have any satisfaction knowing you only killed people becuase u had a ridicously unfair advantage and it was not down to your skill or ability

Still no action on the guy I reported.
This guy changed his username so that other people cannot find him with his old username and think that he is already banned.
Why is EA taking such a time to ban the people who got 11.588 K/D ratio, Level 69 with less than 24 hrs of gameplay.

I think we can only legitimately report if we played on a map with the guy. But I dunno.

 

Nah, the report thing is stupid.

There is a stupid oversight of how it works and can be abused pretty harshly.
The worst it could do is just do a stat reset.

 

Try putting your local IP on your router's DMZ. You may be having port issues.

it doesn't mean that they will allow these tools, as it would mean DICE admitting that their "art" direction was not well thought out. but i really hope they allow these injectors to be used; Battlefield 3 can really use some colors.

 

What I really don't get is why anti-aliasing techniques got to do with bf3 colors at all.

 

the FXAA injector has the ability to modify the colors as well. the SMAA injector does not, yet.

 

I just thought of something. Isn't it kind of ironic that in BF2 the only structure you could blow up were bridges, yet in BF3 you can't.

I was playing Sharqi and the bridge to the little island used to have the lookout towers, not there any more. You can't blow up the bridge either. That sucks. Was a good way to suppress the enemy to the island.

 

So much for improved destructible environments. >_>
Blowing up bridges in BF2 could actually mean the difference between win or lose.

I still don't have any weapons that can mount and underslung grenade launcher. Want to get my assignment done, but have no clue.

 

Anyways, you need to find an assault rifle that have underslug attachment and enabled via gadget.

There's only a few exception that I know of that you can't attach on the gun is the g3 and the L85.

I think the famas you can't attach one too.

As for the assignment, it doesn't check what class you are using.

 

I know, but I don't have a single gun that I can tell that allows me to attach and underslung grenade launcher, as is required by the assignment.

Just use the M320 as a standalone....
The 100 kills and 20 kills are separate.

We have 2 GLs, the M320 and the one on the amtrac

 

Oh. It says 20 Kills with Underslung Grenade Launcher. To me that means grenade launcher attachment to a gun. Right?

 

I used the M320 too, it's not attached to your primary gun, but it still counts towards the assignment.

Prepare for a lot of "omg n00b using nubetube LOL!" in chat. Ahh, tears fuel my kill streaks

 

Just use the M320 ... either attached to a gun or standalone.

You just need 20 kills with the M320.
It will not count towards the 100 kill with assault rifle.

You should be worried about the 20 kill and the 100 kill.

It's the broken 5 Squad Deathmatch wins which is really painfully hard to complete without resorting to 1 ticket servers.

Thanks. I was thinking we should run a Rush server a couple nights and a couple nights of SqDM on our server to help people with assignments. Rush is a bear too, arming 10 MCOM's. I don't play rush too much.

And yeah I will expect to be called a noob with the M320. Only assault class can use that right?

Man, how are you supposed to get any kills with the M320? I launched like a dozen of them into a bunch of guys and nobody died. Got 5 kills after launching about 100 grenades. Sheesh.

 

You pretty much have to get near a direct hit or use them to finish off someone you've already injured with bullets but is hiding behind something.

Yeah, that is pretty much the easiest way ... you easily can get 20 kills in like 30 secs of that.

If you want to work it a bit but not so easy. Play TDM and blow up some buildings and some groups of people.
It is a nice way to figure out how to aim it without using the sights.

 

HC TDM. A grenade launcher will make short work of like, everyone.

Course, I like to run around with a smoke grenade launcher and see how many kills I can get with that. My current record is something like 12 in a HC TDM match.

 

I did go into Metroll and constant spamming into huge groups of enemy (like 5,6,7) clustered together. Not a single kill. Broke out my gun and killed like four of them with one magazine.
