You should definitely go for the THQ pack. even though DA:O is an amazing game, it can't beat all those games in the THQ pack. Red Faction: Guerilla Warfare, SoC, CoH, DOW2....

 

Dragon Age Origins is already on sale with this for $37.49. and Batman Arkham Asylum is half off at $24.99. I knew I should have waited for these since I haven't played them much.

Saw this earlier, so finally bought Osmos.
Some really good deals (GRID for £3.74?!), can't wait to see what they have for the rest of the sale period.

 

I just checked. If you already bought the THQ pack previously, you do not get the the newly added games (RF 1+2 and guerrilla).

I just picked up grid on an impulse buy. To cheap to pass up.

 

Please have a Dead Space deal! I lost my disc, and don't want to spend $30 for it.

I've been waiting for Batman to be on sale, and now I just bought it (along with GRID and Far Cry 2 ). I want to get Dragon Age: Origins too. Steam is going to make me poor

if batman is only 25 bucks I may grab it. sounds like a good deal to me since its not that long of a game.
I want to get DA:O as well but im not sure i like having to pause and work out my attack stuff before every battle. dont think id like that much.

 

Indie games are fun (Plants vs Zombies, Osmos, Nation Red, AaaaaaAA... - A Reckless Disregard For Gravity), I hope Steam has some more good Indies games on sale.

Also bought GRID, I simply just can't pass that up. It's a great game, imo. Played it at a friends house, and fell in love (sorta).

 

Wow Batman for only $24.99, I bought that one fast. I am tempted to get Osmos too, look fun for a $2 game.

 

Yea osmos is something I want and yea I paid like 35 bucks for batman a couple of weeks ago.... I should have waited.

For the people who don't understand the naming.

1 day deals in shopping trends are typically days where the deals are so insane, that they only have it for 1 day, rather than a period of time. This one happens to be for 5 days straight, of 1 day deals.

WAIT, L4D 2 Will have a sale by year end. I guarantee it, last year when i bought left 4 dead it was for $37 and was part of a Christmas sale. It will probably be the same thing this year as well.

Hm, thanks. I guess that makes it a decent deal, considering Best Buy has the boxed version RIGHT NOW for $4.99

Also i am HOPING that they finally have a deal on Crysis. They haven't had a single deal on this game since it dropped on STEAM. I mean they had it for $14.99 but for a game this old i think thats too much. I still never owned either Crysis games(Weird i know)
