PC players as well, because there's a strong chance it's gonna be a crap port. Although MP3 was good, or so I'm told. -
I feel this will be more Max Payne 3 than GTA IV in terms of optimization.
-
-
From the trailers, it looked more like deer hunt to me.
-
Yeah I get the impression they are taking a little pride in this PC release. Yeah fingers crossed it more MP3 than GTA4.
-
i thought those features applied to next-gen as well.

I can't wait to get hands on GTA V mods
-
I think its gonna be awesome, will do my best to import a physical copy !

This might be a shocker but I actually don't care about GTA.. Never played the game and probably never will..

But yeah, SR2 (and to lesser extent SR3) and SD were kinda shweet. But I still prefer GTA games over any of those and am waiting for GTA V (and praying for my ye olde PC to at least be able to run at low...)triturbo likes this. -

i'm hoping to clear out as much as i can on the PS4 version before getting the PC version, though i would like to see TB do a video on the port quality.
TB = TotalBiscuit -
It's not a port.

I am so pumped for this game to finally arrive for PC. I played half of the campaign on my PS3 but I stopped playing once I heard a PC version was in the works. I'm hoping my expectations are met.

I'm essentially buying a gaming laptop just for THIS

i'd be happy if i can play this at 1080p30 and thankfully this ain't capcom though there are reports that the team that ported max payne 3 for pc is doing the port so will see how that goes.
-
Why not? GTA IV was the sole reason to start upgrading my 5920G, of course I like to tweak and tinker, but that's another story. Also I always liked GTA series better than its clones. I never played more than couple of hours of Saints Row and Sleeping Dogs. To each his own, but I think it's perfectly fine that he wants to play it on a PC which is a laptop and likes the game better than anything else.

I will be happy if I can get at least >25FPS at 1080p medium settings with a single 750M. I guess it entirely depends how optimized it will be.flamy likes this. -
I would say 900p med/high 40fps+ for the GT750M
-
another $60 i'm gonna be sinking into this game LOLz!

Here's me hoping to be able to run it 768p on low ~20-30FPS on GT240M
.

I think I'll just try the "demo" first to see how well it runs, unless they actualy release a real demo. That would be nice. And even if it runs well, I've been waiting so long I can easily wait another couple of months for the Steam sales to pick this one up for 25% off. The fact that the MP3 team is behind the GTA V PC port gives me tons of hope though, because MP3 PC was rock solid.

Starlight5 Yes, I'm a cat. What else is there to say, really?
It would be amazing if GTA V really runs on GT240M like killkenny1 hopes, not that I believe it will. Oh, and not revealing system requirements so close to release is ridiculous.
-
You guys seriously need to upgrade.. GT240M lol..
