I don't know Hualsay, I'm pretty tired of Sager not updating that chassis for their 17" 5797, what is it an arima? or a clevo? Anyways, it's rather outdated and it had problems putting in the QX9300 until recently... And the fact that it doesn't get them in SLI is also a let down. I think I'm still happy as a clam with my W840DI which at some point i'll upgrade with 4870s and such.

Also, no 8GB memory option or RAID options? C'mon...

    a few facts to clarify...

    1) Sager carries Compal and Clevo notebooks

    2) the Sager NP5797 is a Clevo M570ETU and up-to-date
..... which is an updated chassis with HDMI and eSATA, which the previous M570RU (Sager NP5793) did not have

    3) there has NEVER been any problems with using quad-core CPUs in the M570ETU

    4) the system actually supports up to 16GB DDR3 (2 x 8GB), since 8GB sticks are not available yet, you can still get 8GB (2 x 4GB) in the system.... some vendors do not give that option on their site because the price of DDR3 is still exorbitant, as well as most customers won't buy it. If you want 8GB of RAM from a vendor without the options on their site, just contact them and they will configure it for you, no problem.

    5) the Clevo M570ETU (Sager NP5797) is a single videocard and single HDD system.... so why would it have SLI or RAID options.

    6) the Clevo D901C (Sager NP9262) is Clevo's front runner for performance and storage with desktop LGA775 quad-core CPUs, dual 9800M GTX's and three internal HDDs (up to 1.5TB of storage) with RAID 0,1,5
..... Note: this sytem will probably have support for dual GTX 280M's when they are available.
