Well I don't really agree with calling him a loser, since the term is a social construction relative to each society and individual anyways.
Social constructions change with every passing day sometimes hence why I avoid using them if I can. (ex: smoking was cool in the 70-90s and now it isn't)
For example, the recent term 'lack of a life' obviously refers to a social life, but you can lack an active social life(at least by the standards of teenagers these days) and still be a very healthy human being. Society and the media have influenced people in the lifestyle they live.
But I digress, this isn't a philosophical nor ethical thread lol, it is about us, uniting to observe a phenomena not seen everyday.
While I personally do not agree with what he's doing, I do not label him anything other than an individual with an odd passion.
Btw, did anyone confirm what job he was working at to pay for all those things? -
I can imagine this being very expensive on the electric bill. I'm wondering if he chose the laptops because they use less electricity than desktops?
