Not super impressed with this, re-hash of BC2 with different weapons. Will be un-installing tonight.

    Thanks, it worked!

However, the game wasn't really what I hoped for. It's difficult to stay alive for longer than like 10 seconds :p

Actually I really liked Bad Company 2 and like this game too. Uses the same great looking engine.

It does look great, and runs smooth on high with my 9600m at 300/300 (I know, very low clocks).

    But isn't much fun.

Everyone knows this game is just a Bad Company 2 reskin and you would have to be pretty dumb to buy it considering your paying EA $60 for a reskin...

Anybody here know the ports needed to forward when using the router????

Playing it directly from the modem works.

Well everyone knows that Modern Warfare 2 is just a rehash of Modern Warfare 1, why bother buying that? Yeah why bother buying Medal of Honor, I sure will since it´s a different setting that settles it for me, also the multiplayer part is fun, more fun that Modern Warfare 2.

Man this game looks really nice, its like BF2 but with out the annoying weather and smog/dust/desaturated colours.

It's alot of fun to play, the whole speed thing is a huge shock at first. I was playing unreal before while this downloaded and installed.

Its strange, it takes about awhole clip for anything other than a headshot to kill someone, but you still die super fast. I think this game has the most accurate rifles of any modern shooter. I was taking guys out half a map away on full auto. Hit detection sucks. I shot a guy twice in neck/lower fae region only to fall dead to his assualt rifle before I could get in a 3rd round. Another time I was looking down on a guy from a cliff and all I could see was shoulders and his head, he still took almost a full clip.

It runs fine on my system on full but if it didn't it would be massive failure of the developers. The game was surpisly lag free, I only noticed lag once and it was for one of my guys so it didn't really matter.

on Assault Kabul map, action is fine, but on the mission map, i find it almost impossible to not get killed sooner than 5 - 10 seconds.
this game is a 50/50 for me, but I don't I'll be buying this unless there are way more maps, better choices of guns.
Ill stick with BFBC2 and MW2

After playing this game for a bit I have some mix impressions. I am neutral on whether I like this game or not. As of lately I have been playing team assault more than the objective base map. The weapons accuracy is what throws me off in that someone with a sub machine can kill me a mile away when the rifle appeared to be off target at times.

It's been added for everyone who owns Bad Company 2 on Steam.

Anyway, I've been playing the beta since it was still closed...I'm not terribly impressed, but on the other hand I don't think it's "the worst thing ever to happen to PC gaming" like all the rants I've been seeing. Either way, I'm getting it for sure, even if it's only for the campaign. That's one thing the Medal of Honor series has always done right as far as I'm concerned.

Yah it still wants you to pay to play the beta, and it states "All the beta keys have been distributed." Why not make things easier and just let people download the game without jumping through hoops. Does EA own fileplanet or something? Just a bit absurd that these game companies are trying to make money off demos...

I did this thanks to your post. Downloading the beta for my PC and my PS3 :p Funny enough, when downloading on the PlayStation Store, the icon given to the beta has "Demo" written all over it. I think we all know this is a glorified demo at heart...

it seems ok. i think there are a bunch of hackers playing on the beta though which hurts my opinion of it. I usally die within .5 sec of seeing someone and the other times i last longer than .5 sec i deem them not using a head shot assistant...which is few and far between.Either way i look forward to playing the campain and playing on punkbuster servers.

I really like it now. At first it sucked...and the distance of the nonsniping guns still sucks...but besides that ill give it a Demo 4/5 stars.
