Depends on settings. But I can play 28 FPS with single 765m at Ultra 1080p. I still think there's something wrong with how SLI is configured whether drivers or otherwise. I hate it when details are omitted. It's like reading a review of a car that achive 180mph quickly... ooh, quickly, how quickly?

Drivers look up to date, but might be beta drivers. I noticed that the latest beta version on nVidia's site is 331.93, but the review model shows 331.97. couldn't find specific driver revisions though.

Blame my lack of Chinese. but Google says he maxed settings.

Couldn't find load temps, but the Speccy page shows a 12*C difference between GPUs. Would love know the expected load difference.

Even maxed, a single 765m can manage avg 28fps @ 1080p BF4. The SLI must not be enabled either by their oversight or a hardware issue (prototype).

I'm hoping this is the case because it would be very disappointing if that's all it can do in SLI.

The static benchmark numbers indicate SLI is working just fine, has to be a driver or other issue.

OK thanks, for the benefit of the 99.999% that don't read Chinese on these forums: Google Translate

    3dmark11: X2530 // X1492
    Street Fighter IV: 1080p 30020 pts 339.22 FPS // 300+FPS is overkill
    Resident Evil 6: 1080p 8583 pts // 7933 pts

Looks about right for SLI.. It's not going to be 100% linear.

I'm excited to see some real reviews from NBR or AnandTech..

I know that. But Street Fighter IV? Really? Already at 300+ FPS, what's the point?

Out of those tests, RE6 and BF4 are even remotely taxing on such a system, and they are not that much faster than a single 765m. While synthetic benchmarks are nice, they don't indicate how well it plays current and taxing games, and the two they have doesn't instill confidence. I still think there's something not properly configured.

HTWingNut haven`t seen many reviews from lovely asia I see. If there is two games they bench the hell out of wether its GT 640M or GTX 880M, its Street Fighter and Resident Evil. They are on pretty much every leak you can find. I have no idea why though. They are indeed not very taxing on the system :p

Other than that, I agree with hfm: The results seems in line what SLI can do. With the exception of BF4 which was weird. Either they forgot and tested without SLI enabled or the enabled super sampling of some sort.

I can't remember ONE Resident Evil game for the PC that actually supported SLI and Battlefield 4 is the most buggy game on the market. EA is being sued over their lack of a response to the ailments regarding the BF4 multiplayer community. Not good examples.

I would honestly try something like Company of Heroes (the first one) and Supreme Commander FA. The older games out there tend to really show how fast SLI can be, what with all the 'splosions and stuffs... >w>

Well here's the response I got:

" Thank you for your email. We'll place you on the list of reviewers and to be honest, it is quite long.

Our samples are really limited. We will do our best to get you one but it may take a while.

Thank you once again for reaching out to us.
    "

So it sounds like it may go on sale before I even get the review sample, and might even buy one before I get the review sample. meh.

Another response, when I asked which GPU it will launch with:

" I can inform you that it will be releasing with the 765M.

Unfortunately, I am not at liberty to reveal details about our product roadmap or confirm the release dates at this moment.

Please check with our website within the next two weeks to see 'Where to Buy' information.

No, sorry, this was in response to Sasuke256 questioning whether a single 765m can run BF4 on 1080p Ultra 4xMSAA at 28FPS+. Answer was yes as shown in the video of my Clevo W230ST with single 765m.

RE6 and BF4 are the only remotely taxing games/benches they tested. The rest are just artificial benchmarks or games that run on integrated graphics at 60FPS+ so it doesn't really matter. That's my concern. You push the limits, and the performance is only 10% over a single 765m, which might be made up by a solid OC of a single 765m. I know you can overclock the SLI 765m's but with SLI they're usually not as forgiving with overclocks, and you're limited to slowest of the two.

Cool is the nVidia GTX 780M with 60 FPS must have because it is 2x faster than the GTX765M ,

how much are you here FPS , how you clock on the GPU

On their facebook page they say they will announce the announcement of when they will be in US/EU in 2-3 weeks. Always the last to get this stuff. If they announce it in 2-3 weeks that means another 3-4 weeks after the announcement they'll be readily available of course.

Something tells me this will get less than 3 hours of battery life when not gaming.

As much as I want this, that's sort of a deal-breaker for me- I wanted to use this in college, but I'm not sure if it will work now. :/

its either optimus or sli, not both, on a hardware level where optimus MUST wire the GPU through the integrated graphics, SLI MUST wire the main GPU directly to the CPU/controller without remotely touching the integrated card
