make sure you have enough space left in your usb boot disk to copy the bios.

You can also get the VBIOS with GPUZ.

I just checked the latest BIOS 0213 for the G50vt. The VBIOS(NVIDIA 9700M GT, Version 62.94.3C.00.15) is included in it, therefore you have to change the clocks and volts in the corresponding module in the BIOS. It can be done, but it is risky as you can brick the BIOS!!
You can overclock with the NVIDIA tools core, shader and memory, but not the voltages.

Well I downloaded winrar file tool and opened nvflash into my usb
That did the trick ...i belive the file never made it into the usb as an
    .exe file
Now running gts speeds haven't run 3D mark test yet but ran ff14 benchmark test and everything seemed real stable gained 234 points from the 1987 score I was benching on stock

I've done this, flash with nvflash, the operation was successful but now the computer doesn't boot anymore.
Cd's light goes on, fan starts and then nothing happens. It's not just a black screen, nothing happens, I tried blind flash but the computer's not working and the flash usb isn't booting anyway.
    Any solution please?
It's an acer aspire 5920g laptop with 9500m gs video card

A bit complicated for me :(
Any non-hardware solution? I've read about that "Fn+Esc" boot recovery for motherboard bios, might it help ?

Most likely scenario is ur v-bios is integrated to system BIOS. in that case you can't extract V-BIOS. BTW if your card overheating try to clean vents and repaste it. you can get more help from people if you can start new thread for your matter.
