kotor works on win 7 64, its quite a great game might I add, force unleashed is only worht if you buy the entire pack, otherwise its buggy and the controls dont respond well enough, although the history is also good, I liked despite the quirks

Spent too much on steam sales of I am trying to hold back lol :p

Was tempted by Oblivion and TDU:2 but I decided not to get them since I haven't wanted to play them that bad

Probably grab braid today, and hopefully the put some games I really want to get up :D :D

Also I want those TF2 shades lol

I might get KotOR since I don't feel like installing 4 CD's with my original PC CD Copy. Otherwise, the other games don't really interest me and I heard TFU: 2 was awful and I didn't really enjoy the first one either (and that was with the full Wii Experience too! :p)

Huh, I didn't see the Star Wars sales when I first looked at the homepage. If anyone wanted to know if Knights of the Old Republic works on Windows 7 64-bit, I can tell you it works fine for me, no problems whatsoever. KOTOR gave me hours of fun.

Full price is 40$ right now. It will eventually get lower, so, 66% or 75% will result in lower price

I just picked up Braid, Hamilton's Great Adventure, SpaceChem and DMC 4.

Plus there's also Shogun. Yesterday it was at 33% off, tempting me with its relative affordability. I just woke up and now it's 40% off. Nrrghhhhh.

Even though I wasn't intending to spend that much on Sims games, think I may be tempted into getting the current sims 3 pack deal. Game + 3 expansions + 3 stuff packs all for 80$

    :0

Also, very tempted by Fable 3. I've never yet played a Fable, but heard good things about it, and I love the idea of the fantasy but in industrial era setting...anyone wanna confirm/dispute that its worth the 37.50 it currently costs on sale?

    I preordered it.
Its a decent game but nothing like Fable 1: The Lost Chapters.

Probably the last real Fable game that will be made now that all the Xbox 360 devs got the Kinect fever. D:

thanks, decided to save my money till it goes down some more in price, whenever that will be. Decided to get Mass Effect 2 instead, though not from Steam as amazon had an even better price for the download.

    LOL

I don't know why, but I'm about to buy Ghostbusters the videogame (not sanctum of... that one is crap)... Is really a good game? Is it worth it?. Have 7 days to make my mind, will be -50% all summer sale

I'm waiting for BFBC2. Everybody seems to love it

UPDATED: And BFBC2 came. NOW I'm confused:BFBC2 vs Darksiders vs Magicka. One thing to count: I don't play much multiplayer... Which should I pick????

I've never played darksiders, but that one is all SP I believe, the others are more heavily multiplayer games. BC2 is really fun.

I dont know why you would get BFBC2 if it wasnt for the multiplayer, the single player campaign is cool, but its very short. Darksiders is nice to play, sort of like god of war, now magicka I dont have it and Im wondering if Ill get it.

PS: btw if u dont have Bioshock yet, its 5 bux each the first and the second one, awesome games.

Well Ive only played bioshock 1, but I just bought the second one, which I heard is rly great as well, more of the same, I think that if u like one ull like the other but if u "must" choose than go with the first, otherwise just get them both xD.

Vietnam is worth it though. It is more of an expansion pack than a dlc, I highly recommend it. It plays like old school bf.

Has anyone redeem any of the steam summer prize yet? I just got the killing floor one so far.

I would LOVE to play multiplayer, but my bandwidth is only about 1Mbps... on my country is above average, can you believe it?? Multiplayer at that speed is lame

Already got Bioshock 1 and 2 from last sales, at 5$ each ;)

BTW, BF: BC2 is 7.50$ here, not 5$... weird

I just finished Bioshock 1. One of the best games I've ever played. Beautiful story, graphics, ambient... a great dosis of horror and darkness... 2 different endings... almost perfect. Yesterday begin playing Bioshock 2. Great game too. I really don't care much about GFWL, the game is great!. Once you finish part 1, believe me, you WOULD ask for part 2. Not that in part 1 there are references, but Is nice to come back to Rapture.

Bandwidth is more or less irrelevant. 1Mbps is more than enough for gaming. Ping is the only thing you really need to be concerned about, and that shouldn't be an issue if you choose servers that are geographically close to you.

Yes, knew that. I tried playing on Servers in Argentina, Brasil... but my ping were too high they ever kick me out :(

Recently tried playing L4D2... too slow. Rainbow Six Vegas 2 worked fine BTW, nn a server on some country in South America, can't remember, Chile maybe.

MMORPG work fine too, but I don't like much that kind of games. Maybe I should try some other games first and then go with the most popular ones.

P.S.: Recently noticed HL series are on sale too. And I ain't got any of them!. It's a SIN.

Soo...any other opinions on Fable 3? I want to get it, but I also don't want to waste my money. I think I saw one opinion up there saying it wasn't great, but I wanted to make sure I don't pass by a decent game for $25.
