Rage Discussion Thread

I was able to play through the game without any problems the first time. But, now trying to play through a second time, on the hardest setting, the game keeps freezing whenever I try to enter a race to get a certificate to arm my car. Everything works great up to talking to slim, and selecting the race, but after the screen goes to change to the race it freezes (stops responding). Of course I can't continue without an armed car.

Anybody else had this problem?? I've already tried removing the game and reinstalling it.
