    the sewer level from the Chronicles of Riddick:escape from butcher bay, especially on the second time when the heavily tattoed man sends you back to bring him his voice box, and since it was complete dark you have to track down the sound coming out of the voice box, the flashlight on my shotgun ran out of battery so i had to use the flairs, at the same time the place was full of those naked mutants so the whole time i was forced to switch back and forth between the flares and shotgun, also the sound made things much scarier since it was of a preacher speaking about some religion stuff....i restarted this section many many times since it was very challenging and scary as well :)
