Can a GTX 960m i74720 combo run this game with decent settings? 1080p/720p medium settings?
-
As long as it's not a grind. If it keeps me interested or doesn't frustrate me to the point that I don't want to play then no thanks.
-
True. Hopefully there is substance, not a bunch of filler material.

seems like based on this, it's not really worth it to get the NP8652 and 980m unless you just want to spend the extra ~$300 and not mess with anything.
-
Keep in mind that is a heavily OC'd 970m with a slight voltage bump, and not all GPU's will OC the same. Overall the 980m is a better performer and still runs better at stock than a highly OC'd 970m. The extra cost is up to the user, of course. But so far I don't see the need to even OC my 970m for any games, running at 1080p, because frame rate is beyond excellent. If you are someone that needs/wants max detail all the time though, 980m is the way to go. It still has some OC headroom too.

I'm not, my desktop is still running an ATI 5970, I can of course upgrade that but there really hasn't been any need to.

I think @octiceps will specifically laugh until death with this. -
Bit deceitful tbh.. However not very surprising!

They did the same thing during PAX East. But nobody complained
At least the confusion is fixed now.

I'm sure what they are counting on is no one ever reads anything... Even if they come clean on what the platform was, plenty will just say "wow that looks great. Look xbox logo in the corner"

I would think the 1080p60 YT video is a dead giveaway
