I'm not saying the Assault Horizon story is better, I just think the writing for the Strangereal games is kind of corny and forced.

Just fired up my Steam - Blur racing game and it's real stupid! A car racing game that doesn't use a steering wheel is REAL STUPID! I hate Xbox360 controller and keyboard use for driving games!

Any nfs after nfs carbon. Driving stock supercars is just not as fun as driving a purple, stupid fast hummer with green wheels and spraying some red nitrous fumes while streetracing. EA needs to stop releasing tons of awful games for money and make need for speed underground 3.

SimCity 5.... total let down with requirement to be always online, which I did not know when I bought the game. Also kicking myself that I didn't at least wait until it was on sale. $60 worth? No. Maybe $20, which I'm sure it will be soon due to all the reviews. I'm also disappointed with Shift 2 Unleashed. That isn't even worth the $20 I paid. I wanted to use a windows controller for that but it's not an option, and the response from keyboard to game is horrendous.

There's something weird with need for speed unleashed 2. When it's running on high fps-levels it stays really laggy.

    I hope C&C Generals 2 won't end up here =(

Seeing as to how every C&C game after the EA tookover was crap, except Generals, I still have a little faith in this one

Not liking this free-to-play, mainly multiplayer experience though... Liked Generals 2 better when it was a traditional-style game with a good single-player. Let's see how it turns out...

Any game that has PhysX is disappointing.

That's BS... I live for PhysX and I only buy Nvidia video cards because of that. AMD cards stink because they frequently have CRASHING drivers.

You live for PhysX? Aside from the fact that PhysX is often underwhelming, you can still use it without an Nvidia card.

I was super let down by Two Worlds. I had been looking forward to it too.

Phsyx can be gimicky in some games, but in others it's really impressive. Borderlands 2 and Arkham City come to mind. The cloth and particle physics in each look much better than any others I've ever seen.

I still think it's a bit absurd to say you live for flappy cape physics.

That's why you buy crappy ATI video cards. I used to be an ATI fan but I remember my 9700 would crash a lot.

My desktop has a GTX 670 which I can assure you is neither ATI nor crappy.

Far Cry II, its the only game that has given me motion sickness of all the games I've played for 15+ years. $30 dollars as a digital download through amazon and only played it twice before giving up. What a waste.

I find this with the latest Most Wanted. It's so annoying. Hitting 60fps during a 8 car race yet feels like 15. It's so annoying. I'm about to give up! Hot Pursuit 2010 was a sickass game though

Dead Space 3. Seriously the way Isaac kept getting separated from the group was hilarious. Too many turn on the power, this isn't working, go fix it missions. And I thought co-op was a cool feature but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. All they did was add a few lines of dialogue and the second player model during cutscenes. I dunno it just felt tacked on to me. I would have rather Carver had an almost completely separate single player except on certain missions. Seriously I could have just watched a play through of this on youtube and been fine. It's sad b/c I actually liked the story and read the book, comics, and even watched the terrible anime. There is one fantastic playable cut-scene type level though. Weapon customization is pretty cool too. Like many $60 games these days, this one is a rental unless you REALLY want to play the campaign four times on different difficulty levels. Not worth my time.

You are doing Arma2 wrong, you can have more fun playing it online in multiplayer in a "campaign" setting, have one person control the AI and designing a map with objectives, it helps to compensate and make it better experience.
